Resume ok but scam when paying

Building my resume was a help. I needed it for a volunteer position, not a job.
I didn't know I'd be billed monthly or I would have done it without their service. Monthly billing is a scam for a mediocre service

Joseph in customer service really helped me out. I really appreciate doing business with you guys. I had no member ID and Joseph helped me look up my account and to cancel my service. I was charged again and Joseph was able to reverse it promptly. After I used the service I attained the promotion I was going for, using the resume format they provided. Thank you.

Francisco was very helpful, i had explained to him that i needed to cancel my subscription, and that i still hadn't found a job.He had offered me a discounted rate and was very helpful in assisting me and also seemed concerned and really wanted to help me find a job.At the regular rate there would have been no way i could have afforded to keep my perfect resume working for me, thank you and that job is right around the corner. I tried this site and found it it terrific and easy to use. As I got a job a few days after printing out my resume, I called to cancel within the 14 day trial period. Ivelisse was great and handled my call most professionally. I would highly recommend My Perfect Resume!

I was impressed by the easy access to information that accurately reflected my work experience just by selecting a title. The wording very well reflected my duties in a way that was both accurate and informational. My only complaint was that I spent so much time on this and did not know there would be a fee. I think the fee information should be presented prior to starting. That being said, I felt that the fee of $2.95 was very much worth the quality of the resume that was the result of the time I spent.

A little over 2 years later I enrolled in another trial for the great tools available. I think the website has very good examples and it help you create a very good resume and cover letter. However, it is very difficult to modify using the templates provided. It is also difficult to modify your data once you remove it from the website. Example: I wanted to update my bullets on my work experience and was not able to do so. Once I went back into the website to make this change it was not easily done. Thanks

Wanted to not overstate the institution I got my degrees from. The degree more important than the the institution. I like the template though. Just a bit more flexibility in the layout would have been good.

These guys advertise themselves as "Build Your Perfect Resume for Free!". Sounds great!
I've spent an 2 hours creating my resume on this site and was disappointed when I saw in the end that you can`t do anything with it without paying them money.
Its a cheatimg, coz they are luring us to get filled all our details and after all these efforts they are telling to pay if we need to download this document.

Desperately, we will be compelled to give into their temptations

Maybe it`s ok to pay, I don't mind, but it looked really dodgy that they don't have a paypal payment option. I decided to Google them and found out that these guys are not only lying in their advertisement but also cheating with payments and cancellations! I`m really disappointed as I have wasted my time. Now I cant do anything with the resume, just print screen...

When I searched online this site came up as a FREE RESUME TEMPLATE. After building my daughter's whole resume, you are charged $2.95 to download and save it. Nice bait and switch. I will make sure people who search on google know about this shady tactic.

I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription and have paid 177$ for a resume I used once. Do not use this site. You could pay someone to do a resume for you for less money! Fraudulent and misleading!
