I called in to cancel my 14 day trial. I have used this service 2 past years ago for a resume and cover letter for a job. A little over 2 years later I enrolled in another trial for the great tools available. I decided to renew in at a monthly discounted rate and dealt with an exceptionally professionall, accomondating, honest customer service rep. Roman badge number 712 thank you.
