Its not bad

I dont have a problem with the resume but i tried many times to unsubscribe but it wont let me i keep losing 30 dollars every month and i dont like that at all i have cant afford to lose that money due to how much expenses i have for college i dont like it i wanna get out so i dont stress about it financially :(

Great customer service

Great customer service! After a very stressful morning, I spent a few minutes yelling at the poor customer service rep, Rolando, and he was still very understanding and nice. Took care of my problem (charged for monthly service after getting a deactivation email) within minutes without any hassle. My Perfect Resume was very helpful and a great way to build a resume and cover letter. Lots of useful tips!

I read that I could create multiple resumes and other docs and that the first download or print would be free then ten cents after that. Before check out in fine print I read that I could only create one resume. I still purchased because I needed the help but I won't continue my subscription because of this.

Everything you try to do will have issues. It is a great idea, but the coders are a joke. Every time I try to do something It shifts something else funny, or I try to download it and it looks completely different, or it randomly deletes things. Seriously stay away. I spent about 10 hours longer than if I had just made my resume from scratch. I had the free trial and that wasn't even worth it.

I dont particularly like being tricked into creating a "Free" resume for 30 -45 mins and when Im ready to print it I have to pay for it. SO, I paid. It wasn't that it was expensive. It's the principle of it. I wont mention how even the charges were even incorrect to my card... it's just not my idea of how business is conducted...

Total scam

Total scam. My daughter signed up for a 14 days use for 2.99 I noticed within a few days several charges for a very small amounts,. 74. Cent, 1.00 ect. I didnt think much of it at the time, then all of a sudden there is a charge for 24.99, a subscription that I didnt agree to or sign up for.

It was very easy to create this resume online; however, the initial entry stated it was a free resume-builder. In order to print it, I have to pay for it and remember to cancel in order to not be billed again in the future. Frustrating.

This site was a perfect help to helping my husband and I buiild a resume! I must say I did get caught having to pay for it but it was ONLY $1.95 for access to their site for 14 days! But be careful when subscribing bc if you don't cancell your subscription you will be auto billed $9.95. Other than that I am extremely pleased! Their customer service was extremely nice too when I cancelled. We will definitely be back if this job doesn't work out!

Bad for Business

They charged me to download my resume which is fine, they ask if I wanted to join. I said no then they charged my account 24.95 every month till I write them to cancel.
I have to close my bank account just to get rid of them

Some of the templates have glitches. But you only find out after you have done all of the work and perfected, only to have to start again with a new template. And you don't know if that one is going to have a glitch too.
