I've had great support service when I called in. My resume looks and sounds great and free enough to change it specific to a job I am applying for. Same thing for my Cover Letter. No problems with billing.

I expected a free resume and had to pay. On top of that, I had to try to end my subscription before I got charged even more. Not sure if I did this correctly. Was extremely unhappy about my experience. Would never use this again.

I ended up not using the website, when I called to cancel my services, the customer service rep was very polite and helpful, she didn't harass me to keep services. I will consider joining again if the need arises.

My experience is great BUT you did not indicate there was a membership or fee associated with trying it. I would have liked to know in advance and would have liked a one time use option as I was doing this to help a friend.

It leads me to an 85 good resume strength. I would expect a higher rating being I paid for your assistance to improve my resume. It should be at a 95-100. Every change I made based on your suggestion took my score lower each time.

I was charged a monthly subscription cost secretly with no communication. I found out just by my bank alerting me of an out of country usage on my card. It was never made clear to me that I had subcribed for a monthly service. When I tried to unsubscribe it was a hassle and multiple pages and the bottom was hidden among other things. I called customer service but was on hold for a long time with no response. I felt as if the company's mind set is to not be clear so as to catch and trap customers into charging thier cards for as long as possible.

I fell for it, I paid $2.95 for a two week trial, but the next day I try to download a resume but I was redirected to a page to pay again, this time asking to pay 23$ for a two week trial. I reached out to customer support so many times and they are all very shady, I was told my bank denied the trial transaction and I needed me to create a new one. BUT it not true, my bank didn't dey the transaction, payment went through and then myPerfectResume submitted a refund the NEXT day, thats not a "failed" transaction, its not how it works!

I have tried to email them multiple times for the past two months, never got a response back. Tried calling and my calls wouldn't go through. I just wanted to cancel my subscription; was being charged $24 a month. Waste of time and money.

When it came time to opt out of the account, the rep was very courteous and assured me that as long as I discontinued my account within the two week trial period that I would not be charged $24.95 come the following week when it was due. I forgot the rep's name, but she handled it like a pro. The only problem that I did have was adjusting my resume using the tool button. But, that was okay because my husband fixed it to where it looked presentable.

I had used the two week trial, made a "perfect resume" applied for a few jobs and was getting calls back almost immediately. The service is so simple and easy to use with a robust set of pre-loaded skills and examples for almost any job. I had forgot to cancel my membership with MPR and was charged their 34.95 fee, not needing the service anymore i called MPR in a panic and customer service was more than happy to hear i got a job using their service. I asked for my money to be refunded seeing as i don't need the service anymore, Joseph with canadian customer service was so quick to help me, refund my money and make sure i was happy with everything. I will recommend you guy to friends and family, I love my perfect resume! Thank you guys for all your help!

Worked with Customer Service Rep Yaritza M. Explained to her a household member signed up to use this service in August of 2016 (for $1.95). This member inadvertently signed up for a monthly service (using my debit card), and subsequently received monthly email charge notifications of $24.95, but neglected to inform me. This resulted in 6 monthly charges that I had not authorized. Yaritza indicated 3 charges would be refunded in 2 to 3 business days. Yaritza indicated she would cancel the account immediately. She was very professional and helpful. I would have given a 5-star rating if more charges were refunded.

Really just needed a one time template and wasn't interested in monthly subscription although the rep was very nice And help cancel the subscription. He also helped me to get my refund back for first month as I am not interested for future subscription.

You may not be liable for unauthorized charges and services not rendered. Also report misleading and false promises such as them telling you the charges will stop. Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
