The use of the resume building was great. Customer service, not so great. The website states that you can email customer service for changes to your subscription. I sent an email on the 5th of October and as of the 15th still had no response. Also the fact that it's $25 per month, but when you click cancel, they offer you to stay for $3 a month. That's just tacky.

The resume builder tool is great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I thought the pricing was a little deceptive - you have no idea how much this will cost (or whether it's free or not) until AFTER you've put in all the work. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend.
