I have used MyPerfectResume everytime I needed to get my resume up to par. Easy to use software and interface. Lots of great tools to help you get your resume out there and also make it perfect. On top of all this the customer service department is very courteous and easy to work with. I had a great experience with Lilliam who helped me settle a payment dispute. I am very impressed with the quality of the service offered to me as I was experiencing some difficulty formatting my resume. Charlie Delgado was extremely patient with my questions and, when I got frustrated with my own efforts, agreed to make the adjustments remotely. He then assisted me with the formatting tool. The end product is outstanding and I am impressed. It was very easy to use and help me with parts of my resume I did not feel were strong. Be careful with subscription renewal though as it can add up as it is a weekly rate. I would've subscribed longer if it weren't so expensive.

I gave a 2 because the customer service guy Ali was exremely helpful! And this site was great but after the 14 days were up they over drafted my account. They need to send emails saying they are taking from your account before they take it out.. Because now I have to pay over drafting fees. I am currently out of a job hence why I needed a resume! I would never use this site again. Just gave me tons of more issues i didn't need.
I signed up for the 14 day trial. Created my resumes and cover letters which was very easy since they did all the work for me. Both my cover letter and resume look great. I forgot to cancel my automatic subscription by one day, I called customer service and they didn't give me any problems refunded my money.

I used this site to make a resume and it was more than what I would have asked for! After the initial fourteen-day period for the resume access, I was charged twenty dollars. Easy to use, I recommend using their suggestions you can edit from there. I got the first job I applied for. Infact they removed their weakest link just to give me the job they started me out at a much higher wage than they normally do and started me out with 2 weeks vacation off the break.

I experienced difficulties with formatting my resume and I was unable to delete information. I called the toll free customer service number and I spoke to Jose. He was very pleasant to talk to and he assisted me and I was totally satisfied with his assistance. I love this website it is fast and easy to use. Most technology comes with some hiccups, but it's great when a customer can receive excellent customer service from experienced representatives that are willing to help. Used the site months ago to rebuild my resume. Loved the product. But after the first month free price was $25 a month. Was considering cancelling my subscription but was able to get a reduced rate. So happy I can still continue using a wonderful product and it not break my bank.

I had the same experience as others on this site. I paid for what I thought was a resume template (approx. $3) only to then have over $100 taken out of my credit card for "subscription fees". I have no idea what this "subscription" was for, as I had no contact from the site nor did I access the website!

Waits until you are completely done making your resume before telling you you need to pay to download it unless you download in plain text which is utterly useless. Once you pay to download it, the format looks horrendous and is unable to be edited either online or on word. Customer service wastes your time trying to sell you on a clearly nonsense subscription. If I could give this company negative stars, i would. Dont waste your time or money.

Website is fantastic and easy to use - definitely worth the $3.95. What I DO NOT like is that it was marketed as free and then once I had put all that time and effort into creating my resume, surprise! It's not free. If I knew the fee ahead of time, I still would have used it. Dishonesty is not okay.

This company is a CON. No where did I agree for them to take out £23.80 from my account! Scamming bastards! This company is a load of $#*!, they advertise themselves as FREE when you have to pay for the cv template at the end and then once they've got your details they take more money out and say you agreed to it! This company is horrible I signed up and used it for one day and cancelled it soon after. Then looked at my bank account to see that two chargers were made for 24.95 last month and this month even though I thought I cancelled my account. Do not ever use this company because all you'll get out of it is less money in your bank account!

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
