Website is deceiving - I Googled Free Resume Template and your Google Ad states 'Free Resume Template' but after creating my resume it prompts payment.

I typed in "Free Resume". Your site was free until it came down to downloading the resume. I feel as though it was deceptive.

Truthfully id rather pay a fee then to call and cancel an refund money. I am using a service it is only right to be paid for so id like to pay the fee but will cancel but do not need a refund unless the amount is diffent then explained.
