Very nice site

Very nice site. I used it to update my old resume, and soon after, I got my new job. It is super easy to use, and no matter what job you're seeking it will make your resume look prfessional.

First off they charged me close to $4.00 no resume and then a few days later went into my account and stole $29.00 OFF MY VISA CARD WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LYING COMPANY TO ANY ONE. THEY WILL SAY FREE THEN A FEW DOLLARS AND THEN THEY KEEP PULLING MONEY OFF. I SPOKE TO A GUY WITH A WIERD NAME AND HE SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS FROM A FROM A FAR AWAY COUNTRY. RIP OFF THIEVES. BEWARE DON'T LOOSE MONEY LIKE I DID. LIARS

You can download a plain text version of your resume for free.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I signed up and realized that I didn't want to use them anymore, after a couple days, maybe even a day and a half. I requested for the service to be canceled and it never was... then I was charged. I requested a refund AND a cancellation (after having already requested it to be canceled) and I was told it was IMPOSSIBLE? How silly is that? If you can take the money, you can most certainly refund it... then the customer service was AWFUL and RUDE! I hate poor customer service... HATE IT! I want my refund and I won't stop until I get it. Companies like this makes me feel very ill towards the next and it's not fair.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

SCAM! DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE they will rip you off, I paid to have a resume template and then I was automatically subscribed and charged $8.95 per week, once I realised this I went to cancel my subscription but there was no option to do So i had to send an email requesting they cancel my subscription, they didn't cancel it properly and continued to charge me for almost 2yrs they refuse to accept that they failed to cancel it after I requested and they refuse to refund the money they stole from my account.

Debit attempts were made since your subscription for our 14-day access has expired. When you select one of our 14 day enrollment options, our website provides all details on screen that after the 14th day, you will auto enroll into our monthly service. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where our website explains that unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. It also explains that you can cancel at any given time. We do offer several ways to cancel including via phone, live chat, e-mail and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

I tried the trail period that cost about 3$ for the first month and canceled my subscription.
2 months later i was charged 34.95$ twice in the span of 2 days without notice or reason.
70$ taken from my account and when i called about the issue i was told my acount was active the whole time. Even tho my cancelation took place, the confirmation number i was given i was told wasent a valid number and my money wouldnt be refunded to me. So unless you'd like to be scammed and charged later on after canceling do yourself a favor and find a different site to make a resume on. If i could rate less then 1 star i would.

I was very dissapointed that I could not put the dates of my degrees and then was charged on top of that, even though it was suggested that this is free resume builder
