I got scammed by the website customer services i paid for 10 days as test and later before the monthly charge i contacted to the customer service to cancel subscription but then I surprised that they charged me 24USD! And I did not got my refund yet

I called this morning and the first customer service agent was very rude and didn't even give me a chance to talk, Not only was she repeating the same question over and over, and telling me she could not assist me, her tone was quite alarming, i requested more then 5 times to please to be put through to someone else and then her supervisor, she hung up on me. I called the 0800 number again and was put through to Orlando P ( 2nd customer agent) not only was he clear and professional, he allowed me to talk on to why i was calling in the first place.

One of your Agents on live chat, Ross, was beyond helpful. I have tried to create a resume on this site before, but was unable to download it, confused that it was free but any downloading required full access. I gave up before, not even reclaiming the information I entered to format myself. Today, while I didn't have the patience to cancel a trial after use, I was able to reclaim the information I entered, thanks to Ross. The information was the most important, because formatting doesn't require re-writing, I only have to make it look good.
I feel it should be clear that. Txt file download is free, and that your resume is automatically saved, because while on the building section both either lead to the subscription page, or in the case of downloading hang. Even though. Txt file download is free, when on your homepage it is literally listed under full access. I assume it is in the Terms and Conditions, that the everyday user doesn't read. Despite the things I think should be changed, Ross should be commended, as the first Agent I spoke to disconnected while I was typing the rest of my question. Thank you

I was looking to fix up my resume to start my job search, the website did the job perfectly so there was no need to use the site anymore since I got what I needed. I canceled the subscription, downloaded my resume, and used it. A few weeks later I get a charge for around 20 dollars. I get back on the website and cancel once again just for my account to be still active. I gave them a phone call the day of receiving the notification of the charge and all they could give me is a half refund since I didn't notify them the day of being charged. It was impossible since I got the charge at 10 am and called them at 4 pm. After going back and forth they offered to lower the subscription, to which I said no. They offered me a job, but I said no. I once again asked if I could get a full refund since I canceled weeks prior and he just said I should've asked for a refund the same day. There's no possible way of me receiving the notification, to go back in time and ask for a refund. I asked the same day. Only get half back. There are other options out there other than MyPerfectResume.

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
