Due to midterms coming up, I payed to get one of my papers done so I could focus my attention on studying which ended up being the worse decision. My paper looked like someone from middle school wrote it and did not follow any of the instructions I provided. I contacted customer service since they advertise on their site that they'll give you 100% of your money back guaranteed which is a lie. I was told I could not receive a refund because the job was done even though it was a really bad job that I ended up rewriting myself. Please save your money.

The price is fantastic, and I also like the options for which writer you can choose from. The service was very user-friendly with quick responses when we had questions.

The website is so easy to use and I was immediately helped through chat. The customer service has been great, they've even answered all of my questions about how much it costs!

My essay was done completely wrong even thou I sent detailed instructions. I received the paper and made them aware of the error. The person I was in communication with said they would redo the paper to the directions given, when I received the revision it was the same paper with only a few words switched around, and sent to me passed my deadline. The paper was a flop not even the citations were right. I had no choice but to turn in it! I received a F, number one complaint from instructor was directions were not followed!

Worst paper ever! College level apparently means incomplete sentences, will not refund at all. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I just used them June of 2021, they are a scam company! Their return policy is "As long as we give you A PAPER BEFORE THE DEADLINE, NO REFUND". They don't post the refund policy because it's detrimental to you! ALL THEM ABOUT THE POLICY. ASK THEM WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY SPECIFICALLY. Also pay attention to the fact that they won't say the name of the company in the chat like normal companies. MAKE THEM SAY IT AND SCREENSHOT. I just started a conversation with them in their chat and he admitted it. He jumped around the point until I showed him proof that they scammed me and told me AS LONG AS THEY DON'T MISS A DEADLINE, THEY DON'T REFUND. He then told me I reached the wrong company! Look at the pictures! On top of everything, I sent them a PDF of my instructions and the references I needed for my assignment, they still used their own and completely disregarded my assignment. PLEASE LOOK AT MY PICTURES AND DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I show the pictures showing it's the same chat profile and the guy drops the link to pay using the name of the site. Don't fall for it. I only lost $38. Don't lose any and listen to this review

They did a terrible job on my essay and I had to redo myself, on top of that they passed the deadline. I disputed with my bank and they keep texting and treating me as if I am supposed to be scared, I have all conversations and work so they can do what ever they say they will do with my school. I did not submitted their work to my school, I did my own. They are saying crap about taking me to court, jajaja I would love to see that, with all the proof I have. You can see some of the threats made by them. So according to them I blackmail them because I requested my money back with my bank because I did it through them and I was told no so all what they are stating in the text is a lie.

Initially I gave a review that reflected a bad experience with this company, however their customer quality department reached out and quickly rectified the situation and delivered a quality template.

Missed the deadline, awful work, and their "money back guarantee" is only applicable when they cannot find a writer. Which in that case you probably would be better off anyway. I had requested a 2 page bibliography at university level and this is what I recieved.

DO NOT whatever you do, DO NOT use this site! I was ready to submit and pay for a service and before I could, I was messaged by "customer service" via text message trying to persuade me to pay for the service and telling me they can expedite it faster. It was strange that customer service would be texting to my private number and not through the site/email. Extremely sketchy and kept spamming my phone with calls and texts when I didn't respond!

This is the worst essay writing, they give me a plagiarism paper that is the same as the other paper that was originally posted on course hero.

This is the worst paper writing site ever! Do your research don't be fooled like I did. I sent all the requirement I could have done a better job.
