My Painted Shoes

The work was awesome! It was exact on as pictured and I was very satisfied! My daughter loved them! It was a little timely, but worth the wait! In addition, anytime I reached out I received a timely and courteous response. I was satisfied with the customer service as well. If there is a need again I will definitely shop again!

Like fine wine, it will take time to receive your hand painted shoes. This is a genuine site and the shoes are beautiful and one of a kind. I received immediate responses from customer service. Just be assured you will receive your order and it will be worth the wait!

I needed to return a pair of shoe. E-mailed and eventually spoke to someone about sending the shoes back for a refund. The seller instructed me to try to sell them to someone else. I stated I needed to send these back for a refund. No further response. POOR POOR customer service and don't expect to get your money back or be provided a method to send them back. STAY away from this site if you are looking for any type of good customer service.

The artist did an excellent job with the shoes we ordered. The only negative is it takes a bit longer than expected to receive the item and the communication is a bit lacking so you have to have patience but it is not a scam, he is a talented artist and will eventually send the item in very good condition. My daughter is delighted with her painted sneakers.

I purchased a pair of snoopy shoes. I have not wore them. I put them on and they do not fit. I ordered a pair of size 8 what I got was a size 9. I have emailed my painted shoes several times with no response. The shoes look great I just can't ware them because they are too big.

I ordered in January 2021. I sent email after email following up on my ordered. I was super excited to get a delivery in April to open and find that they were not my sneakers. I sent an email and was told the new ones would be painted and shipped in 3 days. Nothing. I sent another email in May and was told they would ship soon. I sent an email last week and the response was "your package was sent in April". Truly disappointed and I am assuming a scam.

I purchased shoes in the beginning of August. I didn't receive order confirmation until I emailed and asked at the end of August. I, again, did not receive any sort of confirmation until I emailed and asked and received a tracking number (all of the information in Chinese by the way) in September.
50 emails later, it is the beginning of October and not only do I not have the shoes but they are refusing to give me a refund.
The bogus trackinf number they gave me says my shoes were delivered but my post office says they never received a thing. I have asked and begged and explained to get a refund or reship the shoes I plaid for and they are blaming me and refusing to do anything to fix the situation.
The only think I want at this point and am rightfully deserved is a refund for shoes I bought and never received.
I gave them three months of patience and they have given me nothing but haste and there is still no end in sight.
Do not give them your business!

I was ecstatic when I received my Converse Painted Shoes. Super impressed with the artwork. I haven't stopped wearing them. Looks like I'm getting a 2nd pair very soon! Unique!
