深圳市大聚富企业管理咨询有限公司 (mypaintedshoes.com) absolutely does NOT care about customer service and once they have your money they're done with you. I ordered (and paid for) two pairs of shoes in early November of 2021 to be given as Christmas presents. The order form was clear -- for each pair of shoes I chose the brand and size, as well as the design. For some reason they were unable to decipher the output from their own form and emailed me to ask which brand of shoes I wanted for one of the pairs of shoes. Over the course of about a week's worth of back and forth emails, I explained to them very clearly, over and over again, the brand, size, and design for each pair of shoes.

IN FEBRUARY OF 2022 my order arrived. ONLY ONE OF THE TWO PAIRS WAS CORRECT. The other one was the wrong brand of shoes! I ordered VANS for my brother. They sent me Converse. My brother hates Converse! I gave the one correct pair to the intended recipient (a month and a half late, mind you) and emailed these jackasses about fixing the problem with the other pair. They responded to my email ONCE, indicating that they did receive it, and they acknowledged that there was a problem, but that was it. After that, MULTIPLE attempts to get a response from them went unanswered. Basically, they "ghosted" me. So, since I paid through paypal, I submitted a claim via their "customer protection" program (or whatever it's called). Eventually, 深圳市大聚富企业管理咨询有限公司 (mypaintedshoes.com) was apparently backed far enough into a corner that they agreed to refund the full amount and all I had to do was send back the shoes. But they knew full well (since I disclosed it several times in our email correspondence) that they were Christmas presents. I had already given away the one correct pair of shoes, and therefore could not send them back. I responded and reiterated that I only wanted a refund for half of the money because I had already given one of the pairs of shoes away. Again, NO RESPONSE! And in all honesty, I believe that if I had both pairs of shoes to send back to them and if I send them both back, I would still never receive a refund from these [BLEEP] holes. But that's just my suspicion from my experience of dealing with them.
