My Painted Shoes

I placed an order for some shoes at the beginning of May this year. We are now at least 2 months later, and my order has still not arrived yet, nor shipped. Customer service does not always answer you, and when ever they do answer me, it's nothing but lies; they keep telling me that my order will ship soon — they first said this over a month ago — yet nothing ever changes.

This is a scam, so do not waste your money.

Great shows! It's so beautiful and comfortable. My daughter was absolutely thrilled! All of her friends want a pair! They shipped very quickly and arrived ahead of schedule! I will definitely buy from this shop again

I ordered a pair of high top converse with a custom Doctor Who design for my wedding. They took about 4 months to arrive, so definitely order in advance if you need your shoes for a specific date. The shoes are amazing! The artwork is so well done and perfectly matches the design images I requested. 10/10 would recommend!

I'm so bloody chuffed with these! I ordered for a special birthday to Disneyland and they arrived amazingly quickly! The team were so helpful in answering all my constant messages and the shoes what can I say they fitted perfectly and are now pride of place!

This company is the real deal. I've bought three pairs from them. Good communication and customization! They can do anything you want, really! I'm amazed. Sizes run about a half size big, just to let those know. Im very happy to support Hong Kong working people!

I can't say enough nice things about you! My kids adore their teddy bears! We had a few unique requirements, and they were all fulfilled and even exceeded! Our bears arrived fast and in wonderful condition. We had one little issue, which we reported to the vendor, and it was quickly resolved. I'll return to shop!

Initially, I saw them not so friendly reviews for this site. However, I decided to give them a chance. I ordered eight pairs of shoes and I even got suggestions on how to make my shoes look better. When I had questions, he got back to me in a timely manner, and answer any questions or concerns I had. I got the first half of my order last week in the shoes came out beautifully. I'm sure when I receive the other half it will be just as amazing So happy I decided to give them a chance.

Email and the seller said he was very busy but the
Shoes were coming. Well… I finally received the
Shoes at the end of September. They were expertly
Painted and exactly what I wanted! So I would say,
As long as you have time to wait, then you will love
The results. Just be prepared to wait 2-3 months for delivery.

We just received a pair of Vans Mondrian print sneakers. Although there were some questions that needed to be answered the seller was very responsive and we did receive the product it took a little bit although they are coming from out of the country so that was understandable. The seller worked with us with our order and we were very pleased with the product the end result was very much appreciated by the recipient. Glad we took the time to support a small business!

I bought the Beatles white vans for my wife's birthday. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews and I was nervous that I could have possible fallen into some kind and of scam but I am glad to say that I have received my order. I placed my order March 18 and they were delivered on April 5. I didn't receive a confirmation email after purchase, but I reached out via email and I was given a tracking number and quick responses each time. I'm giving 4 stars just because the shoes weren't as detailed as the ones I saw pictured and as an artist myself I felt like they could have been better— other than that I am pleased with my order, and will probably use them again in the future.

My sneakers arrived within 3-4 weeks. They were worth the wait and look awesome. The seller also answered my email regaring a question I had within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this company.

I ordered a pair of Air Force One shoes (purple Tone) from My Painted Shoes July 2022. Almost 2 months went by and I did not receive the shoes. I tried contacting My Painted Shoes, but got no response. I contacted my credit card company to start a dispute with My Painted Shoes to get my money back. I did receive the shoes a couple weeks later. The shoes were only worn 3 or 4 times and the purple paint started flaking off. The company told my they have a 7 day return policy and that was it. I asked if they could send some extra paint, and they wanted pictures of the shoes. After sending pictures I never heard from them again. I hope this review prevents other people from getting ripped off like I did. The Nike website has different colored Nikes for the same price.

I was a bit nervous when my order did not come with a confirmation email, like I recieved from other companies. However, the Owner was prompt with an email reply when contacted about the order status, and was willing to email me once my order shipped. The shoes arrived in a timely manner. The shoes art work was beautiful and what I expected. All in all I had a great experience. I would buy from this business again. Great job!

I asked for the seller to cancel my order and refund my money the very same day I placed the order, after reading negative reviews about the long wait and terrible service but he keeps going back and forth with me about it. I would advise people to avoid this seller!

Yes, the shoes take a while to arrive, about four weeks or so. The quality of the design is worth the wait, so be patient! The price was also beyond reasonable for custom painted Converse. My daughter is going to flip out when she sees her new shoes!

Absolutely gorgeous trainers! I had to order this a second time because UPS lost my first order. Not the seller's fault. Seller sent the second order out with UPS, which I was very concerned about, but thankfully I received it as it was kept a close eye on by Sasha, who was very reassuring, which I really appreciated! Can't wait to wear these at my wedding :)
