I had absolutely no problems with the actual ordering / delivery of my JR Rail Pass. The only difficulty I see is that google searches for JR passes tend to place other (non-US) based travel agencies at the top of the results so It took me a little extra time to find one based out of the US. I'm looking forward to my trip next month.

Our flights were cancelled by Singapore Airlines due to covid, and JRPass refused to waive the standard 15% penalty fee. For us, that was over $100. We were shocked! All our airlines and hotels automatically credited us with no cancellation fees at all. This is the ONLY company that refuses to waive fees for something that the customer has no control of at all. Shame on them.!
Shop around! I really appreciated that this vendor does NOT charge extra hidden fees at the last minute, or promise free overnight and then charges for it. I ordered FedEx 2 day and it was only $10 extra - hope it arrives on time!
Update: I ordered it 2 day on a Saturday, so it went out on Monday. I received it on Wednesday, so it was indeed 2 days. The only thing that would have been nice is to get a tracking number just so I could see that it was on its way, but other than that, I have no complaints!

Needed a JR pass overnighted due to emergency situation, ordered it at 4am monday morning, got it tuesday morning by 9am! They called to verify my itinerary and then sent it off. Great service.
All the agents I talked to at NTA America were very helpful, especially Konomi and Noriko. The NTA website was easy to navigate. The only negative part was that NTA did not offer any Japan travel guide book which I saw from another JRPass vendor.

Miyuki told me that I would receive my JR Pass on Wednesday if I placed the order on Saturday. I came home on Tuesday afternoon and the FedEx envelope containing the pass was waiting for me at my front door. The service that I received from them are the best I have experienced comparing to another company who told me that, "I have another call and I have to answer that. Call back if you have additional questions." I will NEVER EVER use that company and I will tell people about that company too. I will refer people to myjrpass.com from now on. Thanks again.
