Lost my parcel of £250, admitted to loosing it via email. No way of contacting them, dont reply to emails. I will take this as far as I can. Disgusted at how you could possibly think you could get away with it.

6 clustered houses yet they couldn't find my home! I have Amazon deliveries every day and get all but on the odd occasion when someone idiot uses Hermes it can never be delivered.
The reason is so that the company can then charge you, yes, you the unsuspecting customer an extra fee. Baring in mind they have already been paid to deliver your parcel! SCAM ARTISTS‼
Hermes seems in my experience to blame costumer for not delivering parcels - we tried and you were out. When in fact they never tried.

Not a good company pay next day delivery and dont receive the item. Cant contact them as dont give you options as press to start chat but your not talking to anyone. This is bad customer service as dont make it easy to talk to someone and make a complaint. It human rights we can make a complaint. They should learn from complaint as that part of good customer service and principles.

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of $700 hermes sandals for my wife for Christmas. She literally tried them on in the bedroom and immediately noticed they were too small so she took them off and we returned the pair. A month later Hermes contacted me stating that they will not issue a refund because the sandals were not in their original condition. Complete BS and fraudulent and I will never ever ever purchase Hermes products and suggest you avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other high value/class options out there with much better customer service.

Waiting for a delivery from Pets at Home ordered in the 18 December, unable to contact Evri IMPOSSIBLE to do so. Reason was unable to deliver due to bad weather, it was raining. Still not delivered so my poor dog is hungry and I'm having to feed her my meat. Usually good service but will avoid them if possible. Where is my parcel
They delivered my parcel worth £90 to a wrong address and that's how I lost it. Their customer care can only be contacted via chatting. I chatted them several times, but each time they will promise to resolve the issue, but it's 4 years now they couldn't resolve it. Unreliable customer care services!

Warning warning warning do not use Hermes delivery use another company...that you can get in contact with. You get you parcel delivered on time and thay actually arrive. I have ordered three things with Hermes over the last three weeks and not one has got delivered...
We always have great service, our courier is the same man, he is really nice and efficient, thank you no photos my husband has the sandals on, ha ha.
AVOID. They have changed their name but the service is still unbelievably bad. Every time I have had a package "delivered" from them there are problems - packages getting lost, not delivered when it said delivered, lied about status etc. It is also literally impossible to speak to someone about a missing order or properly complain. I can't believe they are still in business.
My driver knocked my door and ran of with my parcel this happend lot of times and also broke my parcel and my lights smashed the lady who works with u is a theif

I only could speak to a recorded message, I haven't got the parcel and it was said to be signed for and pushed through the letterbox, why if it was signed for did they not hand it to the person. Obviously it was pushed through the wrong letterbox and the driver signed it himself. I have had experience of the driver signing a hermes parcel when I was at the door and he told me not to bother.

What is going on see progress or lack of progress,,, is it LOST, Stolen, Damaged or what.
IMO a company not to be trusted, Will have to claim back from seller on ebay. Then they will have to try to make a claim off of Hermes.
Answer: Almost impossible. Telephoning the number on the website gets two options both of which refer you back to the web chat. Using webchat is just an endless loop - log on and watch it they deal with eight calls a minute until it is yur turn at which time you see why because you are cut off and the cycle starts again
Answer: Because MyHermes are the worst company out there for deliveries. They can't take calls, as they'd be overwhelmed.
