How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at myhermes.co.uk?

Answer:

Almost impossible. Telephoning the number on the website gets two options both of which refer you back to the web chat. Using webchat is just an endless loop - log on and watch it they deal with eight calls a minute until it is yur turn at which time you see why because you are cut off and the cycle starts again

Why can i not speak to a human being? my parcel they said was delivered and signed for. neither of these are true. i intend to go to the police.

Answer:

Because MyHermes are the worst company out there for deliveries. They can't take calls, as they'd be overwhelmed.
