Almost impossible. Telephoning the number on the website gets two options both of which refer you back to the web chat. Using webchat is just an endless loop - log on and watch it they deal with eight calls a minute until it is yur turn at which time you see why because you are cut off and the cycle starts again

Because MyHermes are the worst company out there for deliveries. They can't take calls, as they'd be overwhelmed.
