The problem I had (lost profile photos) was not solved. I had to start from scratch.
Seems impossible to get in contact with Swedish talking people. I sent a mail with 2 questions almost a week ago. Still no answer.
When confirming matches: why is there still a marking in the profile that I have a match?

USELESS INFORMATION

The data provided was not enlightening- it indicated that I was 95% Ashkenasi
Jewish. I knew this by speaking to my parents. Perhaps this service could be worthwhile to an orphan who did not know his parents.

Subscription since 2008. The combination of an intelligent genialogical program, a tree-web-page and the automatic smart match facility makes MyHeritage unbeatable. Especially in the complete version, where you have access to (almost) all data-collections (world wide). Poul. Denmark

Somehow, my building site at MyHeritage.com was replaced by that of the former US President, John F. Kennedy. Not being able to solve the problem myself, I sought the help of MyHeritage.com and Rafael was extremely helpful.

My project is now finished, as far as I can go, thanks to MyHeritage.com, and I value the continuing availability of my data and photographs, despite the fact that I no longer need to subscribe.

Let me start off by saying that I am a writer. I love genealogy, and I'll often spend hours making fake royal families and the like using MyHeritage. Plus, it's a whole lot of fun.
I wanted to get started on a new project today, only to be met with all of these dialogue boxes asking me to log in, etc etc. Now I can't even get into the "create a new family tree" screen without the product freeing up and crashing!
Edit from the future: I finally got it to work. AFTER AN HOUR. This isn't okay.

For the serious-minded Genealogist, MyHeritage makes researching, reviewing, and creating a Family Tree the most simple and accurate. With access to the largest database, there is no reason to have to search for other places to find your ancestors. The feature I like the best is the direct line of your family is the main tree, but you can point to any member to expand their branch of their family to see their tree. If you should have any difficulties, their Customer Service people are the best and empowered to make decisions and give you answers.

Vandaag contact met Stefanie omdat ik niet kon inloggen op mijn stamboom. Klaarblijkelijk had ik 2 accounts aangemaakt waarvan ik een niet meer gebruikte. Mogelijk in het begin mee geoefend. Stefanie heeft mij keurig geholpen, nieuw wachtwoord online aangemaakt en oude account verwijderd. Prima service (moest wel lang telefonisch wachten voor ik aan de beurt was).
