Customer service was great when I had a problem with my login

Had an issue with the subscription and not being correct, messaged My Heritage and had a call back from an account manager who was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem with ease. More than happy to have the result sorted very fast

I highly recommend this genealogy website, I have found so much research in a month's time. I am already 5 generations in my research. The website is easy to use.

DNA led to an unknown 2nd cousin once removed, whose family tree led to my great grandfather and great great grandfather I'd never been able to find, all corroborated by a great aunt on her tree that I remembered my late mother talking about but had never been able to find.

I always like and envoie to know about my ancestors, who they were, when and where they lived. It helps to understand the story of my family and my own story. Keep your excellent work and thx.

It is a nice site to get your family information. The records are helpful and easy to search. I just wish we could see the newspaper articles without having to subscribe to another site.

I've been a acustomer for many years. Then for some reason, I can't access my account! NOW, it appears to have vanished altogether. It took me many years to gather ******* names, and now, all gone... why?
If you have it stored somewhere, i'd like it back thanks.

They send you matches for records and different types of records

I was raised by my grandmother and had a lot of history, but have learnt more

Ron looked up my records and charged me correctly.
Man before said he'd straightened things out but I was charged full 299. Rate instead of 120. All he wanted to do was sell.me a new add-on product.

Lots of new connections and information available on MyHeritage. Also like the level of detail in the records. So many records to go through now.

With both the Smart Matches and the Newspaper Matches, I find lots of information - to verify what I already have, to add missing pieces of information, and to point me in new directions to possibly add information. Great site.

My partner and myself research our family trees - being New Zealanders, our origins are from Europe & Britain and it is is good to know exactly where you come from - you could say a better understanding of oneself for instance

I appreciate the access My Heritage gives me to its family tress, individual records, images and to other platforms like Geni. This has been essential to furthering the work on my Eastern European lines.

The smart links and suggestions are very useful. I also appreciate the chance to share information with other members.
