There was an issue placing the order as the site said payment pending, whereas my card had already been charged. I had to call them and sort out the issue. There was no mesg mentioned on the cake when I had specifically told them what to write. The way the mesg was written was not nice either.The cake was not delivered in a proper condition. Online should make work easy not tedious.

Cake and flowers combo was arranged for delivery on a birthday online through My Flower tree. The email from MFT suggested it is out for delivery. It was not delivered on the day. The next day another email comes which says as the specific flavour not available another flavour will be delivered. I tried to write to them. The support email bounces back. I think this may be a bogus company and I have been cheated. I tried calling them, the number does not work.

I was really impressed by the prompt delivery of a fruit cake I ordered for my papa on his birthday!

I've ordered double bunch of roses (36 pcs) and gift card. Only 16 flowers delivered, packed in old newspaper! (at least they use fresh one I could read some news) and withouth the gift card. When I complained, they promised to transfer half the amount to my MTF wallet account, but after three months they still haven't done so. Below picture of flowers after 2 days...
I don't recomend this shop at all.

I use Myflowertree service every year as they make it easy to order gifts for birtdah and deliver in good time and condition

Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday in Pondicherry. Flowers were not delivered on the birthday day. Called them, they said there had been an accident, and they would deliver by 3 pm the following day. They failed to deliver. They said they would deliver the next day. Failed to deliver. Asked for a refund, they said that they could only give a credit note which can be used for future orders from them. So...no flowers, no refund. Useless. DON'T buy or do any business with this company, you will only be wasting your money.

This is so pathetic from My flower tree,they replaced my valentine's order Roses and Ferrero rocher choclate gift with 10 dried red roses,which is not worth 50 rs,while I paid 1650 rs for my order.I will definitely lodge my complaint on social media and Consumer court

Ordered flowers for wife's birthday on 14th Feb, paid extra 150 rupees for Valentine's day rush, but did not get delivery. Cannot cancel the order, customer care number is not working. They are delivering flowers on 15th Feb. Delivery guy says If I don't accept delivery I wont get refund. Pathetic service. Thugs looting money.

Best service ever received. You have experienced ppl to calm down customer anger after you order something and its get late on delivery. Just keep keep doin the gr8 work Myflowertree and wait for the Awesome orders In future.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I had ordered a very expensive cake which they did not deliver on the said time and date and they kept on lying till 11 in the night tht it will be delivered. And tht the product is out for delivery which was not reflected in the track order. These people lie and dont fufill their commitments. Extremely unprofessional

I ordered gifts for valentine's day and they promised to deliver by Feb 14th 9 PM. But they delivered on 17th Feb. And there is no protact contact for cuatomer service. At the end of the day, everthing is $#*! bad. I dont recommend.

Itni achi variety gifts kahi aur ni hai jo myflowertree ke pass hai. I am a big time lover of their gifs, and they were the ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever ordered for my loved ones.

Its a scam. They advertise and get your attention they never deliver your order so beware of this fraud.

Eventually I found Myflowertree they told me that the item is perishable so it will be delivered with care and sachme bahut safely order deliver hua hai. Super duper service.

MyFlowerTree is a nice bakery shop in delhi with varierty of things to offer fr anniversary. Mene kahi aur jana chd diya, bilkul reliable website hai..

Placed order from Google, but seems like a total hOax. On basis of same day delivery committment, I placed an order only to find that there is no way to get in tocu wtih them, Phone doesnt work.
Site keeps showing as Order placed, ORder tracking shows - Out for Delivery, but there is nothing...
