I recently placed an order with you, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The cake I received was noticeably stale, had an unpleasant smell, and the taste was far from satisfactory. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the reputation and standards I had associated with your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into improving the quality and freshness of your products. Looking forward to a resolution or a refund which your poor management can't give!

They never deliver the product ontime. Initially they will inform the customer that delivery address and number both remains unavailable. Then at the time of delivery they shall inform customer that the ordered product unavailable so they are replacing the product without even taking the customer's consent or giving an alternate option. Their customer service sucks too. They can make you hold till infinity or you yourself drop the call.

I am extremely disappointed with their response. While they claim to have sent a notification about the color change, I did not approve it. In fact, I called the customer support—the only time they actually answered—and was assured that my order would be delivered as requested, with WHITE LILIES. Based on that assurance, I did not cancel or make alternate arrangements. Yet, what followed was a complete disaster.

I have attached multiple pictures in all my complaints, clearly showing the damaged, almost dead flowers, which were also the wrong color. How can you still claim they "looked gorgeous" when the evidence says otherwise? The picture was taken immediately upon delivery, and it is undeniable that the flowers were in horrible condition. I demand a FULL REFUND immediately. Please stop with the excuses and process my refund at the earliest.

What I ordered And what was sent looked nothing alike before the order went out I messed the company for a picture they were awful I told them to cancel the order as it hasn't gone out I was told to email to cancel the order which I did and 22 mins later I get a msg telling me the orders gone out and they can't do anything about it never buying from th again and will not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. You can see from the pictures the quality of the flowers that were sent were not worth the money.

I've ordered double bunch of roses (36 pcs) and gift card. Only 16 flowers delivered, packed in old newspaper! (at least they use fresh one I could read some news) and withouth the gift card. When I complained, they promised to transfer half the amount to my MTF wallet account, but after three months they still haven't done so. Below picture of flowers after 2 days...
I don't recomend this shop at all.

Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday in Pondicherry. Flowers were not delivered on the birthday day. Called them, they said there had been an accident, and they would deliver by 3 pm the following day. They failed to deliver. They said they would deliver the next day. Failed to deliver. Asked for a refund, they said that they could only give a credit note which can be used for future orders from them. So...no flowers, no refund. Useless. DON'T buy or do any business with this company, you will only be wasting your money.

I ordered gifts for valentine's day and they promised to deliver by Feb 14th 9 PM. But they delivered on 17th Feb. And there is no protact contact for cuatomer service. At the end of the day, everthing is $#*! bad. I dont recommend.

Horrible service! I stopped ordering from them long back. My cousin wasn't aware and ordered from them by mistake and order delivery was not completed on Feb 14th. It already passed occasion date and order still not received.
Delivery associates constantly lying that they are unable to reach on phone number which is not possible as she received several other packages everyday. Horrible service! I would recommend them at all! 0/5 star would be my feedback!

This is so pathetic from My flower tree,they replaced my valentine's order Roses and Ferrero rocher choclate gift with 10 dried red roses,which is not worth 50 rs,while I paid 1650 rs for my order.I will definitely lodge my complaint on social media and Consumer court

Ordered flowers for wife's birthday on 14th Feb, paid extra 150 rupees for Valentine's day rush, but did not get delivery. Cannot cancel the order, customer care number is not working. They are delivering flowers on 15th Feb. Delivery guy says If I don't accept delivery I wont get refund. Pathetic service. Thugs looting money.

Its a scam. They advertise and get your attention they never deliver your order so beware of this fraud.

Placed order from Google, but seems like a total hOax. On basis of same day delivery committment, I placed an order only to find that there is no way to get in tocu wtih them, Phone doesnt work.
Site keeps showing as Order placed, ORder tracking shows - Out for Delivery, but there is nothing...

Cake and flowers combo was arranged for delivery on a birthday online through My Flower tree. The email from MFT suggested it is out for delivery. It was not delivered on the day. The next day another email comes which says as the specific flavour not available another flavour will be delivered. I tried to write to them. The support email bounces back. I think this may be a bogus company and I have been cheated. I tried calling them, the number does not work.

I wanted to send a love greeting card to my girlfriend instead they are sending a NEW YEAR card.They charge 180rs for special time slot delivery instead they are sending that after half n hr of delivery time…Don't waste your money here…Rest on you.

WORST WEBSITE EVER. And believe me, I have come across many a shady websites before but this one is something else. I had ordered for next day delivery for my loved one a beautiful birthday gift... it was in so bad condition.When I went to customer care, it was busy. When I tried their customer support chat, it was another nightmare.

They are cheating people left right and center. I have even considered in taking a legal way to shut down this company for good. MFT IS FRAUD

I felt the site is having too many bugs, I ordered two lamps with 4 images for each lamp, somehow their site might have considered just 4 images which seems a bug to me because at the time of selecting I uploaded 8 different images, 4 for each lamp. But they took more than a month to listen and ignore my complaints giving rubbish comments and closing the complaint everytime. Even LED of the cushion i ordered is not working but they don't hear you out for complaints they just deliver rubbish cheap stuff that too in past order they even did not even wrap and it was a gift to someone which made me felt embarrassed. That time i raised complaint but they ask for image for this which we can't showcase and complaint got closed as usual without even asking customer for approval for their resolution. Worst experience ever. Would not let anyone around me to be part of their rubbish service.

One of the Worst Cake deliver company, I have ever come across. Please do not go with their words they will say yes to everything and charge the amount, occasion gone with no cake and now its your headache. I ordered the cake of 1500 INR and they delivered 2 small muffin and when I called them this is not what I ordered I ordered 1 KG cake. Even my son 4th birthday gone without cake and the B'day will not return until next year. After 5 days then email asking that to return the muffin so that correct cake can be delivered. Pethetick Cake company. Fraud. Cheater

Decoration is good, but the product is very cheap, and no quality, quantity also not enough for the price

Ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered for a special occasion three day in advance but they did not deliver the order in time.
No one informed me of the delay. Very poor customer service
