I ordered gifts for valentine's day and they promised to deliver by Feb 14th 9 PM. But they delivered on 17th Feb. And there is no protact contact for cuatomer service. At the end of the day, everthing is $#*! bad. I dont recommend.

This is the worst service for delivering cakes and flowers, kindly don't order anything from them. I ordered a cake yesterday for 1 day delivery option which is not yet delivered I called the support 6th time and they keeps changing the time slots only and shows you the fake status on tracking order field.

My order no. Is *******. I placed an order for a cake 1 day in advance, paid extra for early morning delivery, but did not get it delivered on time. Chat service is of no use. What is the point of paying extra Rs 195 if we don't get service as promised.

Worst service ever... never trust these guys with ur orders... pathetic customer service rather no customer service at all,. There are many better sites who perform well... would never suggest anyone to go for them... worst, pathetic, unprofessional, untrustworthy are just few amongst all the adjectives they can be

I have been using My flower for more than a year now but this order I am unhappy the item's were never delivered but status shows delivered.
This was sent to my wife on our anniversary day which mattered to us,
Until today they are giving me excuses it's very disappointing I hope this will make them front up,

Worst experience ever... flowers totally different from the one shown in picture on flower tree website... never ever buy from flower tree.
Flower tree has no contact details so that we can reach to them. Don't waste your money at flower tree, flower tree is a big fraud company only making money from people without providing any good service.

Ruined mother's day. Absolute waste of time, effort and money. SCAMMERS! Ordered a bouquet of emotions. Did not deliver. Had 3 people on phone trying to get to customer care which doesn't exist till date. *I guess I broke my relationship because of this site. SAD.

Very very bad Experience with winni cake. I booked 1 kg vanilla cake with 1st birthday designs for Rs1500 from my flower tree website. Finally I got very plain cake without any design worth Rs 150. Really totally disappointed with the order we got. Don't buy cakes from these guys. When I try to call their mobile number. It is not at all reachable. Called multiple times finally they picked up the phone, but no response. Looks like a big fraud..

Horrible Services... ZERO Empathy for the customer... Do not ever use them. From The Flower Tree". Especially the Customer Care. I had ordered for a delivery (Gift) at a particular time (I paid extra for the same) slot. These guys coolly Change and Delay The timing by Two hours and do not Inform me. I call them. One CCE puts me.on hold acting as if she'd resolve the issue and then cuts my call. Another one Says she cannot do anything about it and I should raise a complaint on the website. I just wonder why they were hired. To do what. And how they were hired. Basically. I feel the culture of this company is towards Money First and then the Customer. Not Vice Versa. Sad..

These guys are frauds. I ordered one cake for Mother's day and it came after 2 days. Within these 2 days i tried reaching them but the customer care was not reachable. All planned. I waited whole day on Mothers day so that my son can celebrate with my wife, but finally i had to tell them these buggers are frauds. On tracking it was saying rescheduled to next day... that didnt even come on next days. 2 days after when i received the cake, surprise surprise... its a different cake, very small and low grade quality (like the ones we get in cheap bakeries). Even it was delivered by some other company 'Melting Melodies'... bull$#*!. Seems these people take order and give it to other vendors and least bother whether its delivered or not, quality etc. Please dont buy from here. They will spoil your celebration.

Never buy anything from this guys they don't have direct contact details. Fooling people with wrong commitments. No response to your queries, before you buy something from this guys please check contact first to see how reliable.
They are useless fake company. I will share my order number ******* so far no one try to contact us for delivery and they charged more because of Valentines day and not turn up

What they show and what we get is different, looks like they gave the entire cake to kids for designing and they charged so much, definitely not going to be back again to this website. No support from them at all.

After reading some of the reviews I felt that it's their common problem. They do false advertising with the statement of delivering the same day and they will even charge you extra money for this. But unfortunately, they will not respond to you once the order will be placed and payment is done. The phone number they have stated on their website has never been reached. Chatbot support is like it doesn't exist.

In a nutshell, this website must be sued in court for a scam. And more than that you gonna ruin your special time if you rely on them.
