What they show you and what you get is totally misleading. This company doesn't even know how to present your gift. Same day delivery is a joke for which they charge hefty amount. I've ordered Cadbury dairy milk with one rakhi combo, they charged 500 rs for it. What I get was a 10 rupee Cadbury and a 5 rupee rakhi without the fancy presentation which they have shown on their website. Disgusting service.

They take payments and deliver nothing. Just got one random call from customer care who wanted to know what did i order from their site. How can you not know what have a customer ordered and paid you? The best is there was no delivery call and yet they email saying we tried calling the recipient who stays in the same house as mine.
Never order from this online gift site because your gift will never be delivered on occasion, they have worst customer care services. They will never refund ur payment even if the gift is not delivered. Even if by chance they deliver something it wont b same thing as u ordered(broken thing vl b sent for formality)
Placed an order 2 days prior to the delivery date as normal delivery... its not delivered and no response to calls. Please don't use this site... if you are sending gifts to the loved ones... they will surely spoil the day.
This site is a fraud. They have not delivered my item on the same day. They kept on saying no body picked which was wrong... such sites should be banned so that others might not get trapped. Strict punishment should be taken against such sites. They are cheaters only hunting for money with no business

I was still looking for my credit card and i received a call straight away if I am having any issue making a payment and lady started pushing me to do the payment (Dodgy as)
When I placed an order- Never received my order, every time I contacted support team, they had an excuse. Wrong address, mobile phone off etc. Changed address and mobile number twice but still no delivery. Then asked for refund, received no reply and no refund.
Dont waste your time and money with this company.
I ordered for amount 2100/ on 3rd august 2020 for same day delivery. Parcel not delivered yet. Requested for call back many times but didn't reply back from next end... Total disappointment. Say no to this website... Worst ever... Not yet delivered my order...
This website is totally fraud. I have ordered cake for Mother's day occasion and the cake didn't get delivered nor customer care representative is not responding nor there call get connected. Please don't order from here if you don't want to ruin your occasion
My first experience with My Flower tree was very good. So this year I trusted your service blindly and was very disappointed. Both items delivered were different from the order placed (or shown in the website).
I ordered a Terrarium and was delivered was a normal potted plant. The bouquet ordered was meant to be orange roses with white flower border in a vase, but red roses were delivered.
Since my order was placed from abroad I could not rectify the order either. You can see the difference between the items ordered and those delivered in the pictures attached
Paid extra to have it delivered in the morning by 9 am. 6 hours later its not delivered. They kept changing delivery slot to later in the day but never arrived. Customer services doesn't give any updates. Complaints system doesn't work also. They just want to streak money. Avoid them
They took the order at 9 AM for a birthday bouquet and cake. But at 6.5 Hrs later they come back to us saying they dont have the bouquet. That's something they can do within 30 min of receiving the order on a weekday. Pathetic explanation given by the guy who called me at 1530 hrs

Hi friends, today I am going to share my personal experience with this online gifts store. The entire procedure of purchasing products in this store is extremely easy. The collection of gifts offered by this online store is really huge. There are gifts for almost all kinds of relationships. A few days ago, I ordered a bouquet of Tulips and they took a very short span of time to deliver it at my doorstep. The quality of the bouquet was awesome. The site is very reliable.
I ordered they didn't delivered, order was cancelled refund won't be sent to original mode of payment. Again ordered becouse money was trapped in there account delivery slot changed by themselves. What is the order status they also don't know. They can't see the order correct status as well they don't know any thing. It's just you have been trapped under there website
Ordered a plant and it was showing same day delivery. Even after that they took 98rs extra for same day delivery. Even after paying the amount, package was not delivered. And no response from cx service as well. My money is simply lost. No package, no response. They have opened the website just to loot people. Please never use this site. Thank you.
I had ordered cake & flowers to be delivered at chandigarh. In spite of several reminder s they were not delivered. Then they told me your amount will be deposited in your wallet, again they failed. On other hand they are shameless so I stopped reminding them because I can't scoop down to their level.
My order for ******* for flower bouquet was supposed to be delivered today. It shows delivery status as delivery attempt made. However I didn't even received call from delivery boys nor he arrived at door step. Could you please elaborate as to on what basis the status was updated. If the attempt was made to deliver could you please share the call records for attempt made by delivery boy. The customer care service is pathetic with no responsive customer care number and only chatbot option which typically replies in an hour.
The delivery is not on the same day. I can't track my order. My order hasn't reached even after one day ans they say that the company delivers in 3/4 hours. It is an extremely bad and a $#*!ty company. I personally would recommend not to use. It is total $#*!
We ordered on 15-06-23 of the Birthdays Cake for the delivery requested on 18-06-2023, which was not delivered on the day and time.
Rather apologise they said they don't found the location and while we called them they said sorry for delay as it was Father's Day load and too much busy.
So finally I as a customer has to suffer and they were not understanding of the importance of the occasion.
