I live abroad and have ordered cake, plants, and dry fruits from Myflowertree.com to deliver on my friend's birthday, who lives in Mumbai. I ordered two Layered Bamboo Plant and Divine Money Plant, please check these two plants on their website and match it with the attached pictures of what was delivered. Even the cake was not in good shape. When I complained, they offered me 12% discount on my next purchase. What kind of compensation is this? They anyways offer these 10-15% promos to all customers. And on their website that say, if you have issues with the delivered order, contact us and we will make it right. They are big time liars. I highly recommend not to order from this site as it will only spoil your day.

Mayflower tree is a big time fraud they have taken my money and it's been 4 days neither they deliver my parcel and nor do they refund my hard earned money. Moreover they don't even reply over chat and their phone lines are always busy.
Please never place any order with them only cops can deal with such scammers.

What I don't understand is that when these companies are fake then how does Google even have them on list. Isn't it Google's fault. I have wasted my 3200 rupees and that to for my daughters 1st birthday. Can't believe myself and how they can play with emotions of people. I mean they need to be exposed and they should be legally punished for such acts of cheating and fraud. F****ng people. I just feel like $#*! after placing this order.

I have ordered gift for a wedding anniversary of 2nd Jun 2022. I got a message saying that it will be delivered today between 8 am to 12 pm. Still not yet delivered. It is a very worst experience for me. Please don't book any order using myflowertree

Waste of money... ordered the pinata cake... but the cake was totally empty, melted and hammer was also not provided... i requested for another cake or refund but helpdesk didn't give satisfied answer. They always reply that w8 for 24 hrs. 8 hrs... its been almost 12 days like this. It was about 949 rs.

They are fake and stealer of your money. They charge first then take order. After paying you keep tracking order and to service provider. But you will not find any response. Ultimately you will spoil your function party or plan and mood too. Absolutely unresponsible. My birthday was on 28 Nov and they deliver cake at night 2200 hrs. When everybody was gone. And that to in worst shape. I complain them but no response. My order number was *******. Waste of time n money. I suggest never ever order anything from them.

I received the delivery at 9 PM which is almost 12 hours after the delivery slot was booked in for! Pathetic customer service. No help received at all. The entire day was ruined. I paid for fresh flowers and gifts, what I received was dry old flowers, 1 month left expiration chocolates almost opened box, a tiny torn paper piece with my message not even COMPLETE for my mother! Very dissatisfied and disappointed will never use your service hereafter!

Recently, I ordered a chocolate bouquet for my gf from your site. First of all, you delivered it on the same day which is so fast. Second, the flowers are fresh and chocolates are very tasty. She really loved your chocolate bouquet.

Placed order from Google, but seems like a total hOax. On basis of same day delivery committment, I placed an order only to find that there is no way to get in tocu wtih them, Phone doesnt work.
Site keeps showing as Order placed, ORder tracking shows - Out for Delivery, but there is nothing...
Wroing choice, Beware

We have ordered cake and flower bouquet from - My flowers tree. They delivered cake only. Cake was of poor quality. When we complaint there was no response. And after so many reminders no action has been taken so far... Therefore it is requested from public that kindly don't order anything from this site as the site along with the people running are fraud... They people are only involve in doing fraudulent activities...

Recently I ordered one cake as well as flowers with chocolates and Teddy through this my flower tree. They promised to delivered on birthday date. Till 10.30 pm I have to wait for that. Finally they sent simple mail like we rescheduled your order. I wounder like how they people rescheduled that. I really felt very sad and bad. I sincerely tell you pls don't use this. Literally they are cheating you.

Flowers with Cake:
Ordered for Valentine's Day gift but now I received. No number to track.
They are simply looting money and escaping. Fraud website. Nobody should order anything.
I have ordered the above two items FEB -14. But I received Feb-17. I have called many times they will not pick my call. Because they will not provide a proper reason. I received two items(Feb-17) of very cheap quality. They will show one item and provided one different item. Qualityless items. Don't book any items. Fraud app...
