Today, I ordered the "Light Pink Lilies Vase" for Rs. 3,795 as a gift and paid an extra Rs. 195 for guaranteed delivery before 1 p.m. The order was delivered at 2 p.m. although at 1 p.m. I got an SMS from these fraudsters that the flowers had been delivered. I could not get a hold of anyone from customer service and raising a complaint from their website simply get me a popup message saying that someone would get in touch with me. It has been 3+ hours now and I am still waiting. The flowers were delivered in a small transparent glass vase and looked totally unappealing.

Please do not waste your time and money ordering from these people. There must be other better options.

I had ordered a black forest treat cake from MyFlowerTree few days back for my brothers birthday party and the cake was very delicious and in a good condition
Its price range is also not so costly and the packing was done in a beautiful box, the cake was fresh. What i loved the most about this online company is their timing of delivery, they provided me the cake in just 3 hours, really great and admirable services. Guys you can definitely trust them for cakes order.

My flower tree is fraud and their customer service do not pick the call. Payment has done it does not shown the order. Items ordered was never delivered and no one bothered to pick the call or refund. There is no cancellation or refund option either. This app is total bad and upset your day. You have to keep texting no one will reply or call back. You just pay after that no response. Delivery hasn't attempted but got an email saying that receiver not responded I was their with my husband the whole day he didn't receive any call. Which is not fair to blame someone for their fault.

I always make it a point to keep all the flowers that my husband gives me should get ordered from Myflowertree only. Mind you; the roses were so fresh and since it was just days long they were long lasting too.

Hi friends, today I am going to share my personal experience with this online gifts store. The entire procedure of purchasing products in this store is extremely easy. The collection of gifts offered by this online store is really huge. There are gifts for almost all kinds of relationships. A few days ago, I ordered a bouquet of Tulips and they took a very short span of time to deliver it at my doorstep. The quality of the bouquet was awesome. The site is very reliable.

There was an issue placing the order as the site said payment pending, whereas my card had already been charged. I had to call them and sort out the issue. There was no mesg mentioned on the cake when I had specifically told them what to write. The way the mesg was written was not nice either.The cake was not delivered in a proper condition. Online should make work easy not tedious.

Myflowertree is very popular for their cake. We have also tried the MyFlowerTree flowees and chocolate baskets their quality is to be good. Gifts is nice but not excellent.

Worst app. First of all they didn't delivered order on said time and secondly they haven't refunded me since 50 days.Google shows such website at top. It was my mistake that I didn't read review.
Customer care person has no power in their hands. They will say one thing today and next thing tomorrow. My refund was approved on call but sent me no mail. At the end they even told me they will give me credits. But in the end they just said we have delivered so we can refund or redeliver

Highly recommend not to use this platform for orders. Rather use winni.in- amazing service & always delivery on time.

I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered at specific time interval and paid the extra fees for the same.
The delivery was not made at that time, but the most irritating part of that was the lack of communication. The live chat agent takes about 45 mins to reply something useful, I had to ask if anyone is even on the chat! The customer care number is not picking up the call.
They won't even tell me when it would be delivered!
Extremely disappointed, will never order from here again.

What they actually care is getting your order and money. They may deliver your order any time suitable for them... even when you already have paid for a specific date!
When you complain... they proudly say that they handle a lots of orders and were very busy... so what if they delivered your order at wrong date! My complaint number was *******. Below is attached their reply. Don't waste your money. Don't deal with cheaters.
Your loved ones may not get costly flowers and cakes on their birthday or anniversary. When you make a complaint... nobody cares.

The worst service provider, worst customer care support and their responses. Never delivered on time. 2 times i have ordered some gifts but each time they failed. I do not recommend this service provider to anyone to buy anything otherwise in occasion they will ruined your entire day.

These guys play the game very well. First they will take both order and money from you. After that your order will not be delivered on time. Then they will tell you that we tried to deliver, but there was no one there / or they refused to take it. After that when you talk to their customer care, then they will demand more money from you. All this has happened to me. I had to pay more to get my gift delivered. Never work with these people, they neither return the money nor listen to you. He only tells about himself. Otherwise I would never have written about any other company.

This site is a scam and all the ratings are fake. I placed my order a day before and they did not deliver it. I waited in chat for hours and they did not take my message. My wait time continued to bounce from 25 minutes to 10 minutes then more than an hour. I called the number on their website and it's a bogus number. The number does not work.
The website shows that they take VISA/AMEX/Mastercard but, they don't. My bank's technical team was on the call and they did not see any incoming transaction request.
It is now, 11:15 pm in India and they have changed the status to, "out for delivery" and this status has been since 10:30 pm.
My friends, I strongly recommend that you look for another company that is local in your town who can deliver.
These guys operate from Delhi and look for a local vendor to deliver.

I ordered gifts for valentine's day and they promised to deliver by Feb 14th 9 PM. But they delivered on 17th Feb. And there is no protact contact for cuatomer service. At the end of the day, everthing is $#*! bad. I dont recommend.
