Ordered this cake on 11th Oct to be delivered on 12th Oct. Clear gave instruction it has to be delivered in the morning. But I believe even if I say morning they would deliver it at their own time. However after all the back and forth cake was delivered at around 2.30 noon.

This is the worst ever online gift portal that I have come across. I have ordered flowers and cake to be delivered in the morning by paying extra for so called fixed time delivery. The order has never arrived and when tried to reach customer service number they don't answer your calls. I went through chat session to ask about the status and the reply I got is the chat is only meant for sales. They should better focus on customer experience rather than just selling. When I was a bit furious they tracked the order and told me that the order will be delivered by the end of the day. The excuse they gave was when taking the order they didn't know that it was a remote location. I even confirmed by calling them and providing the post code and only after I got the assurance, went ahead and placed the order. The lady who was monitoring the chat session was absolute rubbish. She doesn't have any manners how to interact with customers. There was no option to provide 0 star rating so I have gone for 1 star

My flowergift atleast responded to my queries until the delivery even if the responses were not satisfactory or pleasurable. Before the order, I have been assured that they will deal with everything professionally. I have ordered 1kg red velvette cake, 4 layer bamboo plant, rose bouquet and 2 diarymilk silk. Diarymilk was the only item which was as described or as in picture. Cake looked messy and bamboo was only 2 layer. There were all 25 roses in the arrangement as in the order eventhough they charged Rs900 and arrangement was not as in the picture but is okay with me. The saddest part was the delivery. I tried to tell them several times that this is a surprise and the recepient is not expecting it. As he is someone having more or less a public life, it needs to be dealt with sensitively. But the staff seemed annoyed each time and the language they used was rude eversince I made the payment. Atlast my surprise turned out to be a scary moment for the recipient. The items were not packed eventhough I asked them several times to descretely pack them. The delivery boy chucked everything including rose bouquet in the hands of receipient while 100 people (100 malayalees) are watching, some were strangers and obviously some were overly interested in others. The expected midnight opening surprise turned out to be a "why on earth did I born" moment. Atleast some people will not forget the helpless look of a man standing in the middle of a road with pink flower bouquet, bamboo plant chocolates and cake. Atleast the cake was in one piece...

Today is my Grandfather's 100th birthday, and thinking MYFLOWERGIFT company is an esteemed and highly professional team working at its best, I have paid full amount total to 6500 Rs for 2kg cake and bouquet.
Now iam informed today, the same day that they do not have any bouquet. Also replacement chocolates what I have requested your team member instructs me to pay.
Iam from Dubai and wanted to arrange these things on time in a professional way.
This is very poor way of handling things and I terribly feel bad that when I requested to repay my payment for the bouquet. Which they are not willing to payback and saying thats not possible and only can do credit note.
What's the point in credit note, I have lost all the trust in your company.
Really feeling bad, writing this on this day and iam not able to be with him to celebrate.

Placed an order 1 week in advance for Freshmixed flowers in a glass vase and a 1 kg choc cacke. After following up only the cake was delivered. No news on the flowers. The entire payment was made upfront including delivery. Made spelling mistakes on the cake., Aunty is Spelt as Auny... This is a low end. Bakery absolutely rude staff handling *******619. Do not waste time with these cheats.
I booked a birthday cake for my wife to be delivered at 7 AM. there was no way to track and you just need to wait till the delivery person calls. After waiting anxiously i got the cake at 8:15 AM. the delivery person claimed they were asked to deliver at 8 AM when my instructions was clear that it is 7 AM and i had paid extra for the delivery, After 10 mins the same guy came again to give the box of chocolates which i ordered along. The price i paid was 3 times the cover price of the chocolates. There are no options to reach the customer care, when i checked in the chat, i was given an email id to send a complaint. Sent the the complaint asking for the delivery charge refund. The Whatsapp number for customer care does not even respond. The only consolation was the Cake was good but it did not have the wordings i requested. Will never recommend them.
The worse order ever made - I ordered a huge order of flowers and they took the money and they didn't even bother to inform flowers are not delivered to the location. I failed to surprise my sister.
On top of that, their email replies are rude. They have no curtosey how to pacify a customer who has lost their money on top who has failed to send their loved a surprise for their special day. They are a huge SCAM. Even they testimonials on their site dont look valid.

Guys, They have pathetic service and consider customers as idiots, they had to send my order on 27 midnight (28 basically)and but dint coz police stopped them (agreed, because of lockdown but why did you promised for midnight delivery and take money approx Inr 250-300) and then they wanted to replace wine bottle with chocolate, as the only bottle they had was broken while attempting to deliver midnight( which god knows they even attempted or was just making up excuses), i specially mentioned i wanted to gift wine and spend INR4300, WHY? For chocolates? Is this my mistake that you only had one bottle? Is this customer's responsibility to look after your inventory management? And when i tried calling them, whats app them and emailing them many times, they responded rudely that we will update once it is delivered, and i was like WHAT :o ... That had to be a surprise and this shows your lame responsibility. While taking money you were very polite and when you made a mess, dnt even bother to reply?... at last they delivered with a cheap wine which is not even what they have mentioned.

I was told by the agent over the online chat that they are doing deliveries in the Covid red zone areas as well... pleased the order and waiting for the delivery... tried calling them more than 30 times after that answered my call and explained that we will credit your money for future use we don't do delivery if you want the delivery we will do after two days but need to pay extra 400/- for that and the lady was extremely rude and cut my call

Stupidest site i ever used. Ordered a birthday cake 1.5 weeks before. Never received any confirmation mail. When i contacted them they said the order is confirmed and it will deliver on the said date. But nothing happened. No cake, no mail, no response, no refund nothing. $#*!tiest site i ever used. The customer care number doesn't help you with any information. They do not respond after the payment is made. Looks like a fraud site who takes money and doesn't deliver. They issue you a credit note but the deliveries are not promised as usual. It is a fraud business and fraud website.
I ordered a cake and choclate for birthday more than a week before, i raised the concern of not being able to deliver the gift due to corona lockdown issue, they assured me that they will deliver on the said date itself to the location despite the lockdown ( they said this prior to payment). Now they didnt deliver and is refusing to refund me and saying i can get store credit only if i want. They are not answering the calls or replying to messages now.
