On 17th January we placed an order on our brother-in-law's first wedding anniversary, who was in hospital with his mother. As a gesture of love we wanted to gift a cake and bouquet through *myflowergift.com*, before placing the order we got in touch with their WhatsApps number and they assured us the delivery before 11.55pm on 17th January in the hospital itself and took additional 250 Rupees for the midnight delivery. But unfortunately when we got to know it was not delivered until next morning, when we enquired about the delivery, it was really shocking and very unprofessional to hear them blaming the delivery boy, further it was such an irresponsible and rude response from their end, the delivery didn't happen until 18th January 4.30pm, Moreover she refused to refund the money saying it is not their mistake.
We not only lost our money, but more importantly we lost the moment and trust to do such online shopping.
Therefore we request all of you, before placing the order please check the review of the company and be alert of such fraud company.

This is a fraud business and the person whom I chatted ( her name is Riya, located in Bangalore as she self introduced) for getting my order is a very arrogant and fraud lady. She was very convincing until customers place an order. She will ask you your phone number while you chat and will tell you she will send a payment link. They never deliver your order or refund your money. When we contact her regarding the delivery, she was very nasty and disrespectful on top she disconnected in the middle of our conversation. I ordered a funeral flower (100 rose flower) with Rs. 5100 as she asked and promised to deliver on time. The delivery was never attempted nor a refund provided, When I contacted her she was very rude and disconnect the phone. Please do not give any order. If any one can bring her to the justice that will be great. I complained to Bangalore Cyber Cell but no one even answer my complaint.

Recently I ve placed an Order in Goa (Calangute) Order No ************** Dated 30.12.2021 sameday delivery and paid online. When I called them on 31st Dec they said the area is out of service so you need to pay an extra Rs 350/- then I said if that area is out of service then why your system accepted the order? That time message should come that this area is out of service & to deliver in this area you need to pay extra. Now after payment & when I am calling for status you are saying there will be an extra charges. Then I said I can't pay extra then She cancelled the order. I also send 2 emails but there is no reply regarding my refund. Now I am in Dubai & missed the opportunity to wish someone. No service & also No refund yet. Even no reply by mail. I called 3-4 times the lady not answering properly saying our team will contact.
I Request all please don't believe this site.

The attitude towards customer from customer service is very very bad. The failure to deliver on time if questioned, they disconnect your call &they never pick your call again. The customer looses his happiness for his special day as he trusted them and looses his money as they never Reimburse it.
