Very bad service

Iam sorry to add this comment. Very bad service. They took order saying that they will deliver by 10:30 today morning and they are not responding to mails and giving arrogant answers to mail. Plz don't get into trouble by this people who are money minded. I gave order from abroad but here we are worried but these ppl don't understand the customer feelings. They take advantage of it. My mom's birthday they really disappointed

I recently placed an order through My flower gift online cake ordering service. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with their service.

1) Sales representative, Ms. Riya: Extremely dissatisfied. Until the point when she took my money, she showed a great deal of desire to help me.

2) My request was not fulfilled exactly; instead, I was sent an unexpected item.(Attaching the ordered and received images.)

3) When placing an order, there was a delivery window selection option. I had to pay an additional 200 Rs for delivery between 9 and 10 am, but I didn't receive the item until 12.30 pm, which interfered with my planned celebration.

"I recently placed an order for a gift for my son and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, on the day of the delivery, I was in for a rude shock. The delivery person demanded extra money to complete the delivery, which came as a complete surprise as I had already paid for the item in full and not willing to refund. To make matters worse, they cancelled my order, leaving me feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's disheartening to see how they played with my emotions. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that you avoid buying from this site and not place your trust in them."

I've ordered flowers for my family to be delivered within a particular time,They delayed the delivery and charged me extra for the out of town delivery. They have no where mentioned about the extra charges for out of town delivery. In fact before ordering the flowers, I checked with the support person about delivering to my location, Never mentioned about the extra charges. Not only that Delivered the wrong flowers. Customer service is really PATHETIC. NEVER HELPFUL AND REALLY RUDE. There is a customer care phone number mentioned in the website but the person who answered the phone said its is not available for support anymore and was really rude. I've also used other delivery platforms never experienced this. If a company can't support customer then no point running a firm specially when you are customer facing firm. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Very low grade service.

Very low grade service. They are not delivering which is been advertised. They took additional payment for fixed time delivery and never delivered on that time. Half of the order was not matching or delivered. Have never seen such kind of service. I emailed back to the support team but no reply was there.

They just want money! Promised all exotic fruits to which they mentioned seasonal fruits- in the end money is wasted. No any update on the orders - need to call continuously where phone is not reachable and answering too. Be careful

I first sent pin code to their live chat to ask if they deliver there. They confirmed yes. After order was placed they never deliver from 11 November till today
I sent my bank stamped letter aski g for my refund but they dont respond. I wast their physical address to report to police but they refuse to give. They only have whatapp numbers. After reporting to fb they are fake their fb page was closed. Now im working on cloaing their website so nobody else gets scammed.

Nobody cares or show a courtesy to reply a query once the order is placed. Delivery was horrible and late.
I had ordered Basket arrangement of 15 red and yellow roses but got delivered red and pink roses.
I dont know why the hell they display and take money for which they cannot fulfill.
I also sent several emails but nobody responds back

I ordered the cake and flower and 07th December and planed to delivery on 09th December for wedding anniversary celebration. Till date it was not delivered and asking additional payment for delivery.

This is a scam site. I strongly advise everyone, do not order anything on this site. I lost my money 1650/-.

I'm keep calling on *******619 this number. She is very rude and not respecting the customer. Now she is blocked my number. I have to make a formal complaint about this matter. I will take this complaint to consumer court.

Unprofessional team

In fact this team deserves no star at all.I have placed an Order for my old aged parents a gift with order number # *******817 after confirming delivery address with the mayflower genet. After one day the team send a mail demanding extra money (almost 30% of the order value) or asking to come and collect. As it is my first experience with this team, i understood the team is oriented to make money some how by using unethical ways. I request my fellow friends to think twice before making an order with this team. Finally they communicated me saying they are going to give item to beggars on by behalf.

Poor Customer service

SCAM pay on delivery

SCAM CHEATERS only respond until payment. After sharing all details and payment, they don't deliver and no response on many email followup, although while accepting order they said delivery in 2 hours. NEVER PAY ANY ADVANCE, pay in DELIVERY
