I recently placed an order through My flower gift online cake ordering service. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with their service.
1) Sales representative, Ms. Riya: Extremely dissatisfied. Until the point when she took my money, she showed a great deal of desire to help me.
2) My request was not fulfilled exactly; instead, I was sent an unexpected item.(Attaching the ordered and received images.)
3) When placing an order, there was a delivery window selection option. I had to pay an additional 200 Rs for delivery between 9 and 10 am, but I didn't receive the item until 12.30 pm, which interfered with my planned celebration.
