I was searching flights to take my kids to their dad's funeral and saw a pretty amazing deal with this company and "booked" the flight only to be told later by a booking agent (after I called to ask why the payment hadn't been processed) that those tickets were no longer available but that they could get me seats for more than double the original price they offered the tickets for. I politely declined and am now frantically searching for affordable flights since all flights have increased by about 400 bucks per ticket since I"booked" with this company. Don't use this site!

I will say that the person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and friendly... if not at helpful in delivering me such unexpected news after I had been operating under the assumption that I had secured flights and had already made rental car and hotel arrangements.

Edited to say that the same "sold out" seats are still advertised on there page for $405!

I booked with this site. Then I was alerted about booking with no names, so I found and read these reviews. So I called their number a day after booking. Sure enough, they said OOPS the $396 tickets are sold out but we can get you a $700plus ticket for the same flight. Thank god I called in time to be able to get another flight before time got short. To the folks who wrote these listed bad reviews---thank you, thank and thank you. Oh! And by the way this review process requires that I list one star to get it published. Otherwise, maybe a NEGATIVE 50 stars would be appropriate.

I usually buy flight passes to get to Florida. When you buy flight passes you are buying 20 one way tickets to Florida all at once. Therefore, I have to invest a lot of money and pay for all my flights ahead of time to get a reasonable deal. This year I found flight mart and they saved me so much money and I did not have to invest for a year of travel upfront. Their price was as cheap as the flight passes I usually buy. The only thing you should know is when you buy through flight Mart you have to buy your seat selection separately and directly from the air carrier. The airlines charge you more for the seat selection when you do not buy the ticket from them. I had a great experience with this Flight Mart and I will be buying my future tickets from them.

This website advertises flights at rates that are far less than other sites to grab your attention and then when you go to book, they inform you that that flight is "sold out", and they quote you a price WAY higher. Yet their website still continues to advertise the "sold out" flights. Their customer service offers no apology or explanation for this other than that the flight is sold out. FALSE ADVERTISING, bait and switch. Don't waste your time.

BUYER BEWARE: Do not book your flight through this "travel agency". They will retract their original offer saying it is no longer available and then try pushing you to buy tickets way more expensive. I learned my mistake and ended up buying my tickets directly from the airline instead.

This is an offshore business and here's their plan: Publish advertised flights for a much lower price, get your credit card details when you book, then tell you the booking is "in progress." At that point they'll wait a few days then call you to say unfortunately, all those great seats are SOLD OUT but we can get you seats on the same flights for the ACTUAL PUBLISHED PRICE. Total waste of time, bait and switch SCAM. I can't believe this site is allowed to exist on more widely known airfare search engines. Watch your credit card bills!

Just like what others said, SCAM. Use cheap price to lure you to book and then tell you the it's not available at this price any more. Don't waste your time

You pick flights, give passenger info and CREDIT card info - and then they email you it is an "INQUIRY"... when you call them - NO such flights exist. BAIT AND SWITCH.
