MyChargeBack have not get my money back and the have closed my case. Paid them money but a lot of prommise but no money back.
Also, Rody, if you could please post this review on our Trustpilot account, it will get many more views and make much more sense in our more than 250 client reviews we have over there. The few reviews (both positive and negative) here at SiteJabber do not give a full enough range of client experiences that are posted on our Trustpilot profile.

I got appproached by Jack stevens about a very old bookmakers account that went belly up. However Jack from Btc transactions convinced me that I had 11+bitcoins outstanding and he would help me get it,, I initially paid $250 into a Ollie cash machine, and bought some bitcoin,,he forwarded me a QR code so that I could pay cash into that account, then he said because it was an old account 2008, the system has changed and I needed to pay insurance of 2600,, which I unfortunately did, then he needed another 3500 to pay for fees associated with the transfer, and as I asked him to put into a bank that when he asked for another 4500, which I haven't paid,
Then he created a elitealcoin page which allegedly told me I was due 740,000 dollars, on looking deeper into the alitealtcoin web site you will see it is just a face, none of the actual highlights go any further than the first page, plus there are several grammar faults,,I found this community page and sent of a note and am very grateful for the quick response.
That's exactly how a classic bitcoin scam works Tony. It starts with $250 and then they attempt to cajole you into despoiting more money by dangling the prospect of a huge return, or they ask you to pay for insurance or even taxes. Luckily you spotted the signs early.

The documentation portal was clear. After submitting all of my documents and list of deposits I received a crypto trace report in less than 3 weeks despite this process typically taking much longer. They successfully identified the exchanges where my crypto was cashed out!
Shortly I filed a police report and I have only just sent the police detective details through to the crypto team.
I have been frequently reminded by the crypo-team to proceed to the next step and I commend them on being very active.
I will require Chargeback's assistance in obtaining the KYC information from the exchanges to proceed further in my case. They have provided some initial guidance on this in their report already!
Going after the exchanges will be nice as well as the banks. The scammer will of course be ideal! But I understand I am at the early stage in this process.
Getting help with explaining things to the police around what they need to do will be the game changer I need to increase my chances of success.
