Excellent service, wish there was a way to track the order. Also got in a loop with the PayPal payment, but the order did go through. No tracking and the PayPal loop are the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. If they can get the tech issues fixed they'll be top notch.

Everything was fine except to increase my order size, I had to back out and start over. I should be able to change the amount or number of items without a requirement to start over with my order.

Shipping was outrageously high for too small boxes of plastic anchors. $13 for shipping on $12 of goods. I would buy much more from you if your shipping costs were more reasonable.

Product was easily searched and found at inquiry. Priced right, delivered with free shipping and received promptly.nothing more you can ask for. Oh, also followed up on with personell touch from owner.

I used our ups account but it appears mutual screw put the wrong address on my package which caused a delay in delivery and I also had to send one of my guys to the customer service building to pick up my package. I used two day air because we needed them at that time I should have received them Tuesday but had to go pick them up on Thursday.

I am very happy with this company and the attention to customer service they show. Excellent communication. They send you an invoice and tracking numbers for shipping. The diamond grit hole saws were excellent and this was the only place that had the odd sizes I needed. It was my first order, and I will probably order many more times.

I ordered and paid for a priority mail within two days delivery, but I just received the tapper screw today.
I have not yet confirmed that the company credited us back for the amount of the expedite fee, and it has been six days of delay.
