I got a pack of 1/8 drill bits last week, I used only 1 so far on multiple jobs that normally would break or at least dull my previous drill bits. I'm happy to say that I'm impressed by the quality and price.
Communication was great, I had the opportunity to contact an individual if necessary. Three items came on different days, maybe from three different sources, seemed inefficient but likely the fastest way to deliver to customer. All did arrive at or ahead of the projected delivery date.
Received order missing one piece. Requested replacement and prompt response. Suspect missing quantity is due to packaging. Suggest for future to seal container with packaging tape and internally wrap contents with bubble wrap. When I received the order the box was crushed and the end flaps appear to have become broken. Think one of my pieces became separated. Let me know if you want a picture of the box. I kept it just in case.
I ordered 4 diamond grit hole saws of various sizes. When package came only one was in order. No mention on web site or invoice that any were backordered. I have contacted Mutual screw via email.
Being on west coast they (of course) are closed.
If they haven't shipped yet I'll cancel and get the others from Home Depot as the remaining sizes are common sizes.
Also, the invoice came via email under one of the employee's name not the name of the company. In this day and age of hackers etc. I seldom look at emails that I don't recognize. It was just luck that I spotted it and opened it
I ordered the products on Saturday and they were sent on Wednesday. Although your site states 1 day shipping (based on location), I didn't see anything stating a delayed packing/pick and ship time. I am very happy with the product and the pricing but not the extended time to pack/ship.

Supplier sent wrong items; but fortunately we are working only 30 minutes away from the supplier and were able to exchange in person without shipping delays. Did cost me fuel & labor; but I didn't discover the error until the morning we needed the anchors and time is money, too, so had to just make it happen.
Your website was easy to follow. The products I ordered arrived within three days. I'm completely satisfied with your company's performance. My only negative comment would be that I didn't receive a tracking number by email when it was shipped but once I called the office it was all taken care of. Drill bit was great and fairly cheap but as I live in Canada it cost me over 100 dollars to get it thru customs. Great prices but I can afford the import so I probably won't be buying any more from here.

I had to purchase tools for a co-worker and am happy that came upon Mutual Screw & Supply. The pricing is very competitive and they had all of the items I was looking for. So far it's been a good experience. ~ After receiving my order in a very timely fashion I inspected everything and I have zero complaints. Overall it was a 10/10 online shopping experience.
