You have what I was looking for at a good price, but the shipping cost was more than I expected. Placing the order was hassle free and I do like that you allow payment through PayPal.
When the order was delayed, I checked Amazon and found I could have purchased this item at about half the price and with no shipping charge and with a much quicker delivery date. So I was disappointed with myself for not doing a better job in researching where to purchase this item. I was also disappointed because it delayed my ability to use the item and to complete the task the item was needed for.
Order was filled and delivered as requested. Will order again if the need arises.

Thought there was a problem with the order and delivery. Customer service got back to me promptly and said that "Alex" had signed for it that morning. Problem was, our shipping and receiving guy is named "Phil". Because of the quick response I was able to track the problem to the building across the street and we retrieved the package and got back on track.
Difficult time checking out. Sign in not working correctly. Every time you try to check out your cart, it makes you sign in again and again and again before the place order button will activate. Had to make my last purchase as guest
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the brass wood screws I received. I work with lots of historical equipment, and use wood screws made in the early last century. The quality of most products (screws) have been really terrible lately. Screw thread depth has become shallow, casting has impurities on the screws, and the heads have rounded heads (on a flat head screw). These brass screws were fairly close to the quality of the original, the threads were sharp, and they should work in the restoration work I bought them for. Decent screws!
Excellent service. However, the info I got on Briggs Stratton internet was incorrect about the thread size I needed so I called you and got permission to return the tool. Thanks for the great service.
Looking for some things that are not available. But the service and options, as well as inventory, are better than most places. The website was navigable with little issues on product details. Thanks for the great product and quick delivery. Correspondence was/is great.

The shipping date on the invoice was wrong so I had to contact to find out when my box was actually shipping since I paid for expedited service. I was told that the ship date is auto-generated from the ordering system and was not the actual ship date.
I was looking for a wood screw that had threads all the way to the head. The picture looked like it was going to but when I received them they were not what i expected. When I talked to the person about the screws they mentioned the finish would be different than the finish I received.
Ordered a DeWalt *******-PWR Polly Setting Tool. Item I received appeared to be a generic setting tool. It did not match the pictures of the ******* on your website or on the DeWalt/Powers box it came in, and it was not branded DeWalt or Powers. No country of origin was shown. Unfortunately I needed to use the tool to complete a pressing project. Fortunately the tool worked. Still not pleased. I order brand name tools for a reason.
The process was smooth and painless. I called customer service to get additional information on the product I was interested in and that conversation answered my questions and thereafter I placed my order.

Tracking number wasn't on the order confirmation that was sent. Not a big issue, would have saved a phone call. Package of washers opened during shipping. Washers were everywhere, stuck to the glue and tape on the package.
Well my mini torch only came with a soldering tip. So I looked on y'all site and couldn't find a blowtorch tip. So I had to get tip replacement on another site. Then I found same torch for a cheaper price plus no shipping fee. Y'all fee was $17 and that brought me to paying $48 and I could of gotten it for $25 on another site
Very hard for me to find self adhesive tape measures in the correct direction and in the 4' length. So I settled for the longer tape that I don't need but in both directions and in the correct scales.
I ordered a Master 30' fan. When I received the fan there was a part missing in the box. I called MutualScrew and spoke a gentleman that called the manufacturer he said the manufacturer was going to mail or ship the missing piece to my home. I have not received the piece yet. Zack Johnston
