I had not received any shipping notice after a week so I called customer service. They could not find a tracking number, but new that it had shipped. UPS truck pulled up 10 minutes after the phone call. Cost of the item seemed a little high, as did cost for shipping. But, I could not find the item anywhere else. I would go back to Multiscrew again because of all other aspects of my experience.

My whole experience with Mutual Screw was not only professional and efficient it was much more personable. I made an entry if my order if it could ship same day. Ans since I entered it so late in the day. They personally contacted me to ler me they would make it happen. Thank you Carol and Shawn.

You did not fill my order correctly. You sent the wrong item. You have not yet replied to my email informing you of this problem and requesting a full refund, including shipping cost. Also requesting return information.

On my first order I received acknowledgement and a tracking number within hours, this time it was approaching 30 hours so I figured something went astray. Called and was called back within five minutes with assurances and a tracking number. MS was so fast the first time that my expectations got set too high. Yet, they did it again with a 5 minute turn around on a phone enquiry!

2 of the 6 items that I ordered was shipped incomplete. Should have received (20) micro drill bits in each index but they were missing a bit in two of the index's.

I searched all of the packaging but they are definitely not in there.

Good selection and order confirmation was quick. I wasn't made aware that the order was coming in two shipments however, so when I only received one box with no indication that the rest was days behind, I was a bit concerned and replied to the email one of the reps sent me confirming the order. I got no response, but did get the package a couple of days later. I have a feeling the 'Jim' might be an automated response.

When I ordered the die there was no notation on the page stating the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer; I was informed this when I contacted your office on 6/30. The woman I spoke to at the office didn't seem like she had a care in the world about my complaint. Its been a week since the order and I still haven't received it, hopefully I'll receive it this week

Simple ordering process, delivered promptly, and made holes in my granite like butter. The only thing that would have been better is advising me on what pieces and parts are necessary since the arbors were not mentioned as a critical piece of making the tool work. Had they been at the bottom of the page to select, I would have completed everthing in one order instead of two.

Placed an order with a company in NJ, who dropped shipped the order from a supplier Fl, who let the order sit for two days before processing. It took a week to get a small package of bushings that were Expedited after two days due to the dock delay. We are located in NC, not that far from either location. No problem with the components that I ordered, just took awhile to get them.

Mutual Screw has a great selection of fasteners that I often cannot find at other places.

While I can easily find a product that I have purchased beforehand, it is a little difficult to find a new fastener product as there are many similar categories listed early in the search. Oftentimes I find myself using the search bar instead as it is difficult to navigate through the categories to find what I want.

It was easy to go through the checkout. This is my first time, but would like to know better how to look through what you offer. The shipping price seemed high, but the price of the product was very reasonable. We love using this type of toggle anchor!

The saw we order worked perfect for the job! I ordered it and it was here in just a few days! I had spent over 2 hours running around town and could not find the one I needed for the job! Got home and order it! So satisfied! Thank you
