Mutual Screw was very good at keeping me up on the delivery. Unfortunately I didn't pay enough attention that the tape I ordered was a closeout. It arrived misshapen and old, as if it had been too hot. Since I only bought one roll and paid almost as much to get it as the tape cost, I'm eating it.

It was exactly what I wanted for the winter months. The gloves seem to be very warm,and they feel good.

I had a hard time getting the site to work with my credit card and did not receive a notification that it had been shipped.

I mean, i ordered an item and about a week later UPS dropped it off. Not much to say beyond that.

Ultimately didn't fit in the area that I needed to use it, BUT it's a great tool and arrived promptly, will be saving it for other jobs.

Check out was easy. Bought the wrong size and it has been difficult to return.

Had what I needed so I bought them.

Took a week longer to get them than If I ordered through MSC.

I needed two large diameter (5" and 5 1/2") diamond hole saws and Mutual Screw had them in a brand I respect. The saws arrived in good shape and are exactly what I had hoped for. It would be helpful if Mutual Screw could provide shipping and tracking information.

Easy placement of re-order, and if I need to call customer service, they are wonderful to work with, always helpful. Thank you!

Received order missing one piece. Requested replacement and prompt response. Suspect missing quantity is due to packaging. Suggest for future to seal container with packaging tape and internally wrap contents with bubble wrap. When I received the order the box was crushed and the end flaps appear to have become broken. Think one of my pieces became separated. Let me know if you want a picture of the box. I kept it just in case.

These products are not compatible. The charger, does not work with the lamp, and the lamp did not come with a battery. I am confused and disappointed. Also I received only one lamp while I ordered two. I was also charged for two. I would like to return the entire order for a full refund. Please provide me with a pre-paid return label and instruction. Thank you....

Although my order was simple, it was fulfilled in a quick and accurate manner. The parts I ordered were delivered half the country away in several days. I plan to order other item(s) in the future.

Great customer service, fast shipping. Not only a good price, but most other vendors had no stock.
Also, purchased add'l hole saw sizes that were not included in the kit, that my customer required.
Overall, a good deal and my customer will be happy.

I called Jordon and got exactly the help I needed.
Placed the order on the 2nd, label was created on the 4th but not shipped by Sat according to tracking. I had to go to town and buy one in order to deliver my product to customer by the next Monday. Very disappointed. Not sure I'm going to keep it.

The purchase was simple & I prefer this brand of tape/putty knife. I found it tougher than the others that I've used. Thank you.
