Check out was easy. Bought the wrong size and it has been difficult to return.

Order was received quickly and in quantity and quality expected. Only hitch was split shipping from two warehouses, so that when the first part was received it wasn't clear what happened to the second part. Customer service clarified what was going on, so no worries.

Your online purchase program allowed me to pay for next Day Air when I only live about an hour away. The program also did not tell me that I wouldn't receive it for 2 days. That's a problem when you pay nearly $40 for next Day Air.

I called Jordon and got exactly the help I needed.
Placed the order on the 2nd, label was created on the 4th but not shipped by Sat according to tracking. I had to go to town and buy one in order to deliver my product to customer by the next Monday. Very disappointed. Not sure I'm going to keep it.

Easy. Liked lproduct link on web site to required arbor for bit I selected. Everything was good except I paid for UPS second day air and got regular ground. Payment was refunded for UPS. Would recommend site to others.

It was very easy to order the mungo bolts I purchased. I had a question and call Mutual Screw and the sales rep. Was very helpful. I am happy with the product, but the only thing is I think the price per unit is very expensive. I paid $5.40 per mungo bolt, that is really extreme.

I was looking for a speciality hole saw on line...Mutual screw had just what I needed...ordered the bit...it came right away...drilled the solid surface top on a counter top and it was all a easy peasey deal.

First time ordering with these guys. The parts I needed weren't anything special but I was having a hard time finding them. These guys had what I needed and saved me $15-$20 over everyone else. I will shop with them again.

The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for quickly. One of the items I received fairly quickly, and the other item is on backorder. They were quick to contact me to let me know it was one backorder and they gave me an approximate shipping date.

I opted for the most economical method of shipping. But the end result was about double the advertised rate.
In addition I was charged a substantial fee for handling such a small product. I feel it was a ripoff.

These products are not compatible. The charger, does not work with the lamp, and the lamp did not come with a battery. I am confused and disappointed. Also I received only one lamp while I ordered two. I was also charged for two. I would like to return the entire order for a full refund. Please provide me with a pre-paid return label and instruction. Thank you...

I ordered a 6' Starrett Mahogany Level. The level has wood chipped out of the on corner. Sales Department has done a great job responding. However I am still awaiting a RMA from your Returns Department. A return shouldn't have to take this long.

Also, I received a tracking number for the shipment the day the product arrived. A tracking number should be provided the moment it ships, not after the fact.

Product arrived on time the endmills look to be good quality haven't had the time to put them to use. The service was efficient timely with 2 responses within I think 24hrs which was frankly unexpected good job.
