Good price and good delivery time but I received the wrong product. The screws I ordered weren't supposed to have washers. The screws I received were the right size and count but had rubber washers so I had to remove the washers from 1000 screws because I needed them for a job on Monday and there wasn't enough time to contact them to exchange the order

I ordered the same brand and model number that I did last time for the sawzall blades. The 2 boxes of 50 that I received this time are much skinnier. I ordered BTR*******-50, but received BT*******-50. The invoice says the BTR were ordered. The ones received are not near as sturdy and may go bad quickly. I have not called customer service yet to send them back.

Customer Service Rep responded to my email almost immediately, even though their office was shut down because of a storm, and we received the product way quicker than we expected. Thanks!

Took two and a half weeks to complete my order and several follow ups. One time I emailed they told me your product will ship on Monday, it didn't ship until the following Friday.

Prices are comparable than other vendors. We DO enjoy doing business with Veterans.

Ordering, shipping and quality are great. Packaging/shipping material ripped during shipment - glad the screws are bagged before boxed (no fault to Mutual Screw).

Easy online order. There was a slight mix up in the quantity on line and a sales rep called me same day to verify and adjust. Received product very quickly.

Pretty simple, scan the website for the ppe safety glasses, cart them, buy them. Week later they show up at my door step.

Gliche in the shopping card changed prices on multiple items. A $5 part turned into a $102 part.

Your shipping costs are terrible too. Fix it. For fasteners, use a USPS flat rate box.
