Pretty simple, scan the website for the ppe safety glasses, cart them, buy them. Week later they show up at my door step.

Web page is very easy to navigate, please with the product so far.

Contacted company with a part number question via email, did not hear back so after a couple of days I just called to get my question resolved. Ordered the part and received without any problems.

The processing and shipping of my order was fine, no complaints there. However, I am very unhappy with the product, very simply, it does not work at all.

Ordering was very simple and quick...I did have to call back to find out delivery date, as product was shipping directly from the manufacturer...but over all great experience.

The shipping speed was lightning fast! I expected it to be here in Boston in a week. But two days later, it was on my desk! Good quality product! Have and will buy again!

Gliche in the shopping card changed prices on multiple items. A $5 part turned into a $102 part.

Your shipping costs are terrible too. Fix it. For fasteners, use a USPS flat rate box.

Ordered September 25,2020 and received it October 20,2020. Happy with the products, but they were very slow to ship. Seems they had to order the items I ordered, none kept on premises.

I'm very pleased with my order. The 5" tile whole saw cutting through porcelain tile performs better than I'd hoped. I kept it wet with a water spray. I will order again.

Flat M3 machine screws sold by Global Industrial look so good and smooth, better than competitors'. Would be great if free shipping offered for the orders greater than 100 USD.

Ours was a simple order - two types of wood screws - but the website was easy to use and past orders of a similar type have been handled correctly and on a timely basis.

Had what I needed when no one else did. Sure do pay for it though, $20 for std ground shipping and I had to buy a full box of bolts to get the 2 I needed.

Was unimpressed that the Postal code was changed after i specified the right one. Product ended up being a day late. I paid $400 for it to arrive on time and that was not the case.
