I am a good customer and have spent a lot of money with Murad. I generally like the products however the customer service is terrible. I called to return a product because it is too thick and caused me to breakout. I was informed that because it was a promotional set I need to return both products, they can't just credit me half price. Now I am annoyed because I need to reorder the product I do want and wait for it to come. Seems very wasteful on the company's part. Not very accommodating. Think I will go to Macys and order online with free shipping.
Been a customer with Murad for so long. Love their products but super hate to deal with their people. After making 2 orders through Murad.com, they think I am trying to resale their products, which is hell I don't have time for do extra works like this. Tada they locked your account. Those reward points... forget about them... all scammed! Save yourself an Advil and go buy them in Sephora or any retail beauty store then!
Bought the trial 30 day supply as a gift and was shocked to see a charge for a 90 day supply the following month. Horrible service response indicated that I was to blame, although I never "checked the box" that agreed to a subscription. They make undoing their own dishonest charge as difficult as possible. If the product were as great as advertised, they wouldn't need to resort to unethical business practices to keep shipping. BEWARE.
I saw an ad on FB to try the Brightening Trio for $39.99. Checked email and saw that the order came to $193.85 - they added on two products and charged me $99.99 for the Brightening Trio. Called them immediately and was told they couldn't cancel the order because it wasn't in the "system" yet. Told me to call back 24 hours later. I called the next morning at 9 a.m. Pacific Time and was told order processed - too late to cancel but yet it wasn't even processed by my bank yet. Called bank to put a hold on the funds. Terrible CS in asia.
I was very excited to try these products and after placing my order on Dec 9th I have still YET to receive it (today is 12/21) I have contacted customer service and they 1st told me they were busy. The 2nd email stated one of the products were on backorder and yet here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. I think it is completely unacceptable for a company this big to not be able to ship in a timely manner. Never again
I've been using Murad Resurgence Rapid Collagen Infusion since March 2020. Basically since Covid19 hit. I thought it was a good time to start a collagen routine. Murad does nothing! It is a rip off! I have several lines in my forehead and a brow furrow. I have used Murad every day since March 2020 and it does nothing. Absolutely nothing. Murad is a moisturizer at best. Do not spend money thinking this product will reduce facial lines. It will not.
Horrible customer service experience! Several months ago I called and cancelled any kits and auto deliveries bc I lost my job and the online system kept showing product for auto delivery even though I cancelled it online and it would tell me it was still there. Spoke to a woman and she ensured me that all auto deliveries and kits were cancelled. Come 9/7 I was charged for $127 and $67 dollars. Company kept refusing to let me talk to a manager and once I finally did they said my only option was to get a rma number and bring back to ups store and pay for shipping. I can't even buy my kids food let alone pay for shipping on something. They told me there was nothing more they could do. I will never buy product from murad again in the future and I DONT RECOMMEND MURAD to anyone! Save your money and find a company willing to give you a good customer experience
Ordered product got rma# to send back. A month later still havent got almost 200$. Was told to send bank statement showing I didnt get refund. I call again because I still didnt get refund and now they say I never was charged for there product that I need to send bank statement where they charged me. Dont buy from this company. I was nice each time even guy thank me foe being nice but today he was rude and said they cant refund me money I didnt pay
I buy complete treatment and it was very exepensive. After only some days my smin become more dry than before so i went to the doctor and he explain to me the murad formula can be used only from young persons and it's dangerous for skun after 35/40 yars and it's full of silicone
Ok so the murad soap worked in getting rid of the oily skin but I give this a one due to the fact that when I saw the ingredients in the bottle I was highly disappointed because out of all the ingredients their was one in general that was banned in Europe and the United States and that chemical is butylphenyl methylpropinal which is highly toxic and is known to cause cancer and fertility problems and can cause harm to a pregnant woman.
Do not buy anything from Murad website. They keep charging you and sending their useless products. I called them and the customer service person was extremely rude. You have to pay for shipping back their stuff. None of their products work and they are trying to send them to you and charge you without your authorization. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE
For 2 days I have been trying to place an order online with Murad. The website gets stuck saying loading, but will not proceed forward for me to place my order. I have been using these products for several years now. Called customer service today, tried placing my order as listed in my cart & was 1st told supervisor approval was needed. Secondly, I'm told I don't qualify for a free gift, even though my cart says otherwise. So I ask the rep, can you talk to your supervisor again, and he denies my request and tells me no. So I told him, I know this is not your fault, but he still offered no additional solution, just said he can't place my order. I get it, I was only trying to spend $115 dollars & apparently a compromise, with me as a buyer, is not worth the extra step or his time. What is $115 not spent, nothing to this company. But, I will not continue to use their products and I will make sure to share my negative experience on FB, other social media platforms, etc. Hope others will read my comments and choose another company to purchase from, Good bye Murad!
I love murad products and they have worked miracles for my skin.
But buy your products from sephora or a trusted retailer, not from murad.com. The customer service at murad.com is absolutely terrible. If you order from them you need to just cross your fingers and pray for a miracle because you are probably not going to get what you ordered. Dealing with their customer service is absolutely awful. These people are just rude and could care less about helping you. You can hear in their voices that they absolutely hate their lives and they hate their jobs. Its definitely the worst customer service in the industry. I won't be returning to purchase anything from them again. Just buy your products from Sephora or Ulta and save yourself the heartache. These people really do not care about you. They don't want to help you. They are so mean. They have literally just flat out yelled at me on the phone before. Given you that fake nice voice in a high pitch "oh, we are so so sorry." blah blah. It's just a terrible company.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I will never place and order online with Murad. The customer service people have no clue what they are talking about and tell you one thing but do another. They are clueless and incompetent. Never have I ever gone through such horrible service with an online order.
Paid $30 for overnight delivery and a week later it's still not here. All they give are excuses. Will not order from Murad again! Should have looked at reviews before I did. They have no good reviews
I used this produck for 2 months and there is no signs of improvement on my dark or aging spot. Their products are over price. They are telling lies. I don't recoment this Murad product.
These products cost a lot of money but they are worthless. Full of ingredients known to cause breakouts that reeked havoc on my skin. I threw in the towel, shipped the junk back, received notice the warehouse had received their products and STILL had to call and request refund. Horrible from start to finish. I decided to do your test knowing I have a bit acne and I wanted to clear it up and get it under control... now I have permanent deep hyperpigmentation... like my skim is burnt and won't heal... I ordered a product and I did not receive it. I still don't have it. I called them twice, they say they will re-shipping the product but they never did.
Answer: I got the time release acne face wash and the anti-aging moisturizer and it worked almost immediately. Cleared everything up within about a week and I haven't had much to complain about since then.
