I bought this item for my wife's birthday.
Paid on Saturday 5 March 22 and arrived on Friday 18 March 22 in the morning in Milan (Italy) I would say it could not have been better.
The quality of the product is really high and it's much better "live" than in photos. I recommend the purchase!

They completely mis-sell shipping, they leave you with a huge bill at the end of it. It is charges they should incurs as per Fedex standards but they sign it over to you because they don't want to pay it and then are extremely rude when you email to try and sort it out. I ended up paying an 50% of the cost of the order on top so a pretty expensive purchase for a product that is average at best, I wouldn't recommend ordering, its honestly not worth the hassle.

Just bought a knit and the tread was stretched so faulty they declared that normal as it is handmade
Dishonest and cheap brand
Run away no need to shop with them
