Money scam

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL F&_$ YOU OVER. I PAID FOR 3MONTHS PREMIUM WHICH WAS TO GIVE ME MANY THINGS LIKE KEYLOGGER, BROWSER HISTORY WITHOUT ROOTING THE PHONE NOTHING WORKED RIGHT AND EACH TIME I ASKED FOR HELP I GOT THE RUN AROUND. SO AFTER 3 DAYS I REQUESTED MY $126.00 BACK, THEY REFUSED. SO FOR A LOUSY SERVICE FOR ONLY 3 DAYS THEY SCANNED ME OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY. THEY SUCK. FIND A BETTER SPY PROGRAM BEFORE THEY F$_& YOU OUT OF MONEY

After spending $169 for a 12-month subscription, I installed the application - but with problems. Following the installation instructions I should have settings on my phone now but I don't. So I contact their Tech Support and the TS person tells me to come back in 7 hours (?) because the team I need will be in then. So I do, and they tell me that it appears to be installed correctly on their side - have a nice day!

It's not installed correctly, and doesn't work. Not to mention I specifically bought this for the Snapchat capability because on their website it SPECIFICALLY states "Employ mSpy to know if your child is sending or receiving inappropriate photos or videos...". After purchasing, and being on Chat for 6 HOURS, the TS tells me that "about 3 months ago we can't track incoming media on Snapchat, only outgoing." Then why hasn't the website been changed to correct the Features section?

It took me less than five minutes to buy the product two days ago and I have more than 8 HOURS in Tech Support time.

A word about Tech Support - part of the reason that it takes so long is because they have MULTIPLE Chat windows open at once, trying to service multiple customers. So after you type a response, you will wait 5-10 minutes before you receive a reply in the Chat window. This is not an exaggeration and I kept a log, just to make my point when I will have to fight for a refund.

There are two ways of monitoring of iPhone: 1) no-jailbreak via iCloud (no version limits), 2) jailbreak installation (only up to iOS 9.1)

Here are some details about these methods:
1) Without jailbreak mSpy syncs with iCloud that was used during installation. Unfortunately we can not make synchronization faster as this limitation comes from Apple and at the moment there is no existing solution that can monitor non-jailbroken phone faster than 24 hours.
2) Jailbroken version of mSpy can help you to monitor all features that are included to Premium version. The only limitation in this case is jailbreak. For iOS 9.2 - 10. 3. 2 stable jailbreak doesn't exist at the moment and to our regret we can not influence on creation of better jailbreak versions.

We have information on our buying page about no-jailbreak and jailbreak differences stating that you can not monitor media information without jailbreak. We regret to hear that you got confused and will do our best to help you our in this issue. Please, provide your customer information so we can contact you back and provide assistance!

Horrible mspy

Sorry to tell you, but the product does not really do what they say
It is almost impossible to get updated information from the target phone
To give you an example after an update in SEPT the last phone call registered under myspy app was in JUNE (so? Someone did not call or receive any call from JUNE until SEPT)
The last suggestion they gave me was to update daily mspy with the target phone in my hands kkkk! Common if I will have the target phone in my hands why do I need mspy app anyway
Horrible service, NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND, even though their website say you have 10 days to request FULL REFUND, they only offered me half of it! Really pissed off

Be kindly informed that there are two types to install and use mSpy on iPhones: 1) Do it using iCloud credentials (it will give you updates once a day and this is the restriction made by Apple as it depends on iCloud backup, we can assure you that there is no existing service that can give you updates more often while using this type of connection), 2)Do a jailbreak on the device and install mSpy directly to the memory of the phone (in this case you can get updates every 20-30 minutes, but physical access to the device for the first installation is required). Horrible app

I installed everything step by step to the target phone. Keylogger wasn't working at all since the first day and when I asked the support they told me to send message with symbol 1 million and when that didn't work out they told me to get physical contact with the phone which wasn't possible ( if it was whenever I can I wouldn't have installed this app in the first place) so they didn't fix it for me. Rooting wasn't possible beacuse they don't support that model. Calls and sms were working first 2 days but then that stopped updating. I have been asked again to send sms with symbol 1 million to refresh the servers which wasn't possible beacuse it would certainly cause suspicion sending same kind of weird message 2 days in a row. So the only 2 features that worked good became useless too. Basically now this '' premium package '' means nothing to me, no single use from it. In other words I threw my money in the water, useless app for no use. I don't know who gave so high rating for this trash app. I regret so much

I have purchased this company service and in may but it doesn't work and i have mentioned an update to company and i have not used it for 1 day so I thought i lost my money so i left it and next month they charged me and i have not seem my transaction as i have made many more payments and I forgot and same reputation happened in july they charged then i asked my money they offer me they cancel my service and they provide me 2 months free service i said no i asked only my amount which was taken from me fraud of 3300*2 that is 6600 INR when i ask amount of refund they won't answer me if want to show me a proof check the images which i was uploaded in this site I request you provide my amount ASAP.

I subscribed to MSpy to monitor my daughter's phone - she has mental issues so I was interested in location tracking, her phone log and other apps like snapchat. I did my research and it appeared that MSpy had what I was looking for including good tech support which was my primary concern. I paid for and subscribed to MSpy Premium which was supposed to come with additional tech support. After I subscribed, I was then told I needed to install another app - MSpy Lite. I did that. Why I was not told that in the beginning is a mystery. I only had my daughter's phone for a couple days and I made that clear to MSpy. I could not get any phone support from MSpy even though I was willing to pay for it. Except for the first chat to install part of the MSpy, the 'Chats' were worthless - I got conflicting and confusing information, I got told I would need to install another app (which was impossible since I did not have the target phone anymore). After paying for a premium subscription and at least 6 attempts to get help, I only have location services and nothing else. I cannot get straight answers on anything further. I would not recommend that anyone pay for this - it is a waste of money! I was given the option to suspend my subscription until I could get a hold of the target phone but I did not want to lose the location services and the Chat person could not tell me how to keep the location services if I suspended everything else. DO NOT BUY MSPY!

The premium pack mentions monitoring of whatsapp messages, but once purchased it says buy our massisstance for rooting into remote device to monitor social media apps... Total Fraud. Stay away

I regret ever purchasing MSPY, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The promises made by this app are far from the reality of what you get. Here's a breakdown of my horrendous encounter:

Service Interruption: After paying in full for a one-year subscription, I was able to use the service for a mere month before it abruptly stopped working. Attempts to reconnect and resolve the issue were met with nothing but frustration.

Unauthorized Charges: To add insult to injury, MSPY charged me again, this time a hefty $199.99, for another year of service that I neither requested nor could utilize due to the ongoing issues. The lack of transparency and consent in this matter is appalling.

Customer Service Runaround: Contacting their customer service only added to the ordeal. While they acknowledged the issue, the proposed solutions were impractical, and the blame was often shifted to external factors beyond their control.

Lack of Accountability: MSPY conveniently blames service interruptions on various external factors, failing to take responsibility for their own shortcomings. This lack of accountability only further demonstrates the unreliability of their services.

Refund Hassles: Seeking a refund for the unauthorized charge has proven to be an arduous task. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and the clear evidence of service failure, getting a straightforward resolution has been elusive.

In summary, MSPY is a company that preys on unsuspecting customers with promises of a reliable service but delivers nothing but frustration, disappointment, and financial losses. Save yourself the headache and explore more reputable alternatives in the market. This app is a prime example of how deceptive practices and poor customer service can turn what should be a simple service into a regrettable ordeal.

This has to be the worst thing I have ever spent money on. Before purchasing I was told by multiple agents on their chat that you can set up an iPhone to be monitored by only a phone number. They kept assuring me that everything could be seen with only having the phone number adn that I would not need to have physical access to the phone. As soon as I signed up they changed their tune and said that I could locate the phone thru another app called Scanneroo with just the phone number but nothing else would be seen. Then when I set up a phone using the iCloud credentials I could only see a list of contacts, calendar, notes, and reminders. No text messages or social media apps. I went on to chat with an agent and acted like I was interested in buying it and once again was told all the same lies. When I told them I had already bought it and none of that worked, I was suddenly told I would need to use another app that I would have to install on the target phone and I would only be able to get the info from the phone if I hooked the phone up using a USB. So you have to actually have physical access to the phone EVERY TIME you want to see the information you are looking for. If I have the ability to do that why would I even pay a bunch of money to do what I could do for free. I have asked for a refund and I am currently waiting to hear back.
