I purchased the software for my sons
I purchased the software for my sons phone but all the functions do not work and they will not refund my money even when it was only 7 days. The main page tells you all the features and all the phones it works on but during the sign up page, it is not clear what a jailbreak phone or no jailbreak phone features are available. I purchased it and found out that the features only work on jailbreak phones but not for the most recent IOS update. So, you pay full price for half the features and when I asked for the refund, they stated no based on their refund policy after about 5 emails back and fourth. Now, I can understand if I had it for some time but I asked for on the 7th day which is ridiculous. Would not recommend purchasing this app unless you ABSOLUTELY understand and know what your buying because they will not help you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Worst user experience I've ever had. The product doesn't work. Gives you an error when logging in. Their support team doesn't get back to you. When they do, the ONLY thing they can do is reset a password, and that still doesn't work. Then they upsold me VIP support, and I COULDN'T BOOK WITH THEIR TEAM FOR 2 WEEKS TO GET THE ISSUE HANDLED. THEN THEY SAY I CAN'T GET A REFUND A FEW HOURS AFTER I PURCHASE. EVEN THOUGH THEIR PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK AND THEY CAN'T GET TO ASSISTING ME FOR 2 WEEKS, AND THEIR REFUND POLICY IS FOR 2 WEEKS. Total Scam

I purchased Mspy and quickly realized it was not providing services offered. In fact, after reading several reviews I realized I had been scammed and I am going to go through everything experienced in the threads listed below. My dumbass even purchased the mAssistance ($43.99) and Support Priority Line ($12.99), which is "m-nonexistant". So they offer a priority line that is a recording... I do not expect a reply for several days and then they will state that it was beyond the cancellation timeframe (I requested to cancel was less than 5 hrs from purchase). I am pretty pissed with myself as I usually don't fall for these scams but I will chock it up to "chemo brain"... Nice company that scams Cancer patient's... Someone needs to offer this company some integrity with a touch of honesty. Psst: You don't need my proof of purchase if you have my customer ID...

It's a big lie

That simply doesn't work on iOS. When you realize the kind of service you bought, it's so late. Asking for a refund is ridiculous. Your money is already lost. The customer service will manipulate any reason you have for your refund request and say that violates their refund policy. Looking at the refund policy it's a joke. Basically it says UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE REFUND YOU

False advertising

We reviewed Mspy and several other applications thoroughly before buying. We needed something to keep track of what our daughter was up to on the iPad. We read on their site, and asked via the IM on their webpage about certain functions we needed in order to monitor communications. It was stated that it would do the things we needed. Once we paid for it, we found it didn't. We asked customer service and now we find it doesn't do what another customer service agent claimed. This was also stated in writing on their webpage.

We tried to get a refund, it had only been two weeks, but they said they would not return our money.

There are better programs/applications/software, and certainly better companies. Their customer service is incredibly poor. The people there don't seem to know or understand what they are doing, some seem to not understand what their product does or does not do.

Stay away from this company, and do not give them any money. If you have any problems, you will not get your money back, and the level of help, technical and otherwise is so weak that you will likely only be frustrated and dissatisfied.

Dishonest marketing

Software will not work on an iPhone with an operating system above 13 despite an online representative advising it would work on any device with iOS above 7.
WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUND AS 'REFUND POLICY' EXCLUDES OPERATING SYSTEM UPGRADES.
The fine print is hidden on their website and is not easy to find.
