Fast forward a year later and I get a charge on my card for $149.99 and my bank detects fraud. I close the card thinking it is indeed fraudulent. After some further investigating, I realize it's mSpy. The charge was made December 4. I emailed them December 5 explaining that I haven't used the service and didn't know I had paid for the service, and I wanted a refund for the prepayment for another year. These emails continued for a day or so and I'm done. They absolutely will not refund my money. It's unreasonable and very frustrating. I have found several other ways to monitor my kids devices and I think you should as well.

I purchased this to monitor an iPhone (ID #*******) and it does not work. I have contacted the tech support team via chat multiple times in the last 10 days and each time have been told to do something different to get the service to work. I spent over an hour with their remote access team, uploading a completely different app (AnyTrans) to allow me to see the information from the phone but that does not work. I am within the 14 day window to ask for a refund, knowing that I have tried every possible option, and I am now at day 13 and have requested a refund but they declined and told me to contact their remote access team to again mess with trying to get this to work. (See the screenshot below.) If there's really something different they want to do this time, I'm not sure why they didn't do it the first time around. I feel like they just want to move out of the 14 day refund window so they can tell me I'm no longer eligible. This seems like a total scam and waste of money.

If you're considering using the mSpy app, it's important to know that it takes some time to set up. In fact, it took me half a day to get everything in order. However, I can confidently say that it was completely worth the time and effort. The app's features have been incredibly helpful and have provided me with peace of mind. I have told, it supports Iphone in the chat, but after buying came to know, most of the softwares like whatsapp and all can not be monitored. Then I ask for the refund and their customer support is very very very poor and dummy. They not refund me. Waste software, dont buy this one by seeing their website
