There's Room for Improvement

I've been using mSpy for a while now, and it definitely has its strengths. However, there are also areas where the app could use some improvement. I would love to see more social media platforms added to the monitoring list because, you know, kids these days are on everything.

SCAM ALERT

Completely scam. I purchased lifetime subscription from stacksocial but never received login details after activation. Chat support never reply, support, sales or billing emails don't reply. All given phonec numbers don't reply. No response whatever they have fake 5 star reviews from fake accounts.

The app is not working like they say. I have buyed the full access extreme plan with all features and in the app have banners to buy features that I've already pay. Definetly NOT RECOMMENDED! They don't refund my money.

Mspy or Mlie?

All the features you see on the website are not "remote access" as they claim. It requires backup and is not live which means if your child is in danger they can delete the data and you will never know if they are truly safe.

They claim it works for android/iphone which is BS.

Customer service team is horrendous, app couldnt be downloaded on the mobile > app couldnt be used on desktop "synchronization fails" consistently despite following all instructions. Asked me to re-install, tried and failed. Tried on another laptop and another device also failed.

Final solution they gave me is "get you child an android phone instead of an iphone"

WELCOME TO HELL. Biggest scam and now we know why they don't have google reviews. My mistake for being trusting of the fake reviews they have on their website.

I Recommend Setting Up Notifications

I've been using mSpy to check on my daughter's phone, and let me tell you, turning on those notifications is a game-changer. It just makes it easy to catch anything sketchy, like her chatting with strangers online. If you haven't set up notifications yet, you should totally do it ASAP!

My teenager behavior

Refund denied

I purchased premium for a year, including mAssistance package (another 46$), however their software didn't worked on a stock Samsung phone. I've made a refund claim within the trial period, but they kept refusing blaming the device. I've had they specialists installing remotely the software 3 times, still not working. I am fighting with billing department for 2 months already, my refund rights are ignored.
I've tested 2 other similar software, worked flawless, so is not the device.
Worse, their technical "assistance" is never available, you have to wait weeks or months to get real help.

Important, part of their scamming: when you purchase, the extra package for mAssistance is selected automatically, and is not easy to cancel. Many users ended up buying something they don't want or cant use.

Automatic Screen Recording Is Useful

Recommend for people with dementia

I installed mSpy on my dad's phone after he got lost on a walk. He has early signs of dementia, and the Geofencing feature is really great. I set up a safe zone around his house, and now I get alerts if he wanders too far. It also helps me keep an eye on his calls and texts in case he needs help.

I purchased their product on an annual license. When I installed it in the device I wanted to monitor, I quickly found out that the WhatsApp messages can only be retrieved if you plug the phone via cable to a computer. This has also been confirmed by their support department.

There is no information at all about this in their website. None. I asked for a full refund, and they won't give it to me. Pretty $#*!ty experience. They'll never have me as a customer again.

This program is insanely misleading. I have an iPhone and not Android, I also do not have a desktop, thus this program is completely useless. All features that are advertised do not exist for iPhones. And yes I had access to the target phone and iCloud credentials. The only thing offered is a free extension of one month for my membership, so that I can continue on in my uselessness journey with this company, or option 2 to freeze my account and wait to unfreeze it in the future when I feel like logging in to see absolutely nothing. I am a single mom and spent a lot of money on this service and am irate that it is such a waste of money, I could have just flushed some money down the toilet and gotten as much help as I have from this program. Thank you for truly nothing, other than making my checking account bounce because I didn't realize the stupid mAssistance program got charged too. Award winning program and support.
