This program is insanely misleading. I have an iPhone and not Android, I also do not have a desktop, thus this program is completely useless. All features that are advertised do not exist for iPhones. And yes I had access to the target phone and iCloud credentials. The only thing offered is a free extension of one month for my membership, so that I can continue on in my uselessness journey with this company, or option 2 to freeze my account and wait to unfreeze it in the future when I feel like logging in to see absolutely nothing. I am a single mom and spent a lot of money on this service and am irate that it is such a waste of money, I could have just flushed some money down the toilet and gotten as much help as I have from this program. Thank you for truly nothing, other than making my checking account bounce because I didn't realize the stupid mAssistance program got charged too. Award winning program and support.

Finally found mSpy

Using it for six months

I've been utilizing mSpy for six months now, and recently renewed my subscription for another year. I'm grateful to their support team for the generous discount they provided. The strengths of this app lie in its robust features. I've explored all that it has to offer, from keyword blocking to screen recording capabilities.
On the downside, to fully utilize the range of features that mSpy offers, you need to root your phone. This may not be an easy task to perform on your own. Another significant drawback is the app's compatibility with iOS devices. I attempted to monitor my son's device and the performance was far from satisfactory. Therefore, I would highly recommend mSpy for monitoring Android devices, rather than iOS.

I'm going on as many sites to expose these frauds. Their app is lousy and if you notice they try to suppress honest reviews with their bot reviews. They take renewal subscriptions 4 months ahead of when they are due. So if you pay for a 12 month subscription your really paying for 8 months or in my case I guess I was lucky for 11 months before I got charged again. Ask for a refund? Don't make me laugh. Don't bother with this app unless you enjoy stress and migraines.

Its a scam

All these positive reviews are a joke. The majority of features don't work and if you need assistance you have to pay for anything beyond the service rep copy/pasting the useless documents that didn't even make sense. I used to use spyzie and was MUCH happier with their reliability and customer service!

Over 50! Emails exchanged with the customer service I paid over $65 to receive! Never updated! No response to request for refund. Extremely Aggravating! Just save yourself A lot of time and money. Used them in past WO problem, it seems their service has expired beyond just collecting your money.

I had to speak with 8 individuals over the course of two months, continually asking since day 2 for a full refund. They gave me a hard time and sent me in circles, & they charge money to speak to someone on the phone. After finally approving my refund, there is a 9% fee for some BS bank processing. They display false advertising saying a non-jail broken iPhone can have SMS text and browser history viewed, calls, etc., but it can't. They literally make money off of their 9% fee after cancelling for getting people to sign up when they can't do what they say they can. It took me pressuring to get my lawyer involved for them to even acknowledge my refund. As someone who has spent decades in sales and customer service, this company is TERRIBLE. Stay away!

Not upto the mark.

Not configured as easy to install on any device. I have requested repeatedly since last 6 months for about more than 20 times to help for installation on the target device, but the problem has not been reserved yet. Received only a repeated and typical answer from customer care with no useful information/help.

BE CAREFUL!

I could have put zero stars if possible. This app is bull$#*!. Don't waste your money. It's a scam. They promise things the app can do that don't exist.
After paying, you realize the trickery and you try to call the customer service number, it's almost impossible to get through. By email or chat, you receive automatic messages.
I wasted a lot of time contacting them only to end up telling you that there is no refund. Out of ethics, you'll refund my $83.
Dear future customers DO NOT BUY this application. Take your time, and you'll find better ones elsewhere. It IS A SCAM!

No refunds, if you sign up online there are no trial periods. You agree to the terms and they stand by that regardless of your reason. This company is not located in USA make sure you are fully aware before purchasing.

Don't waste time and money. The team billing replays within 24 hours but in vain. Since November 21, I had texted the billing team and made many refund request statements. On December 3, they assigned me new ticket id(as shown on screen shot image). I didn't use the app at all. Today is December 5, the team billing still ignores my request of refund. To be honest,I will update my review if there recent news.
