There was no clear breakdown of these charges during checkout, and the refund policy link they sent me is non-functional—a dead page. When I requested a refund within hours of purchase (well within the EU 14-day cooling-off period), they stalled, demanded explanations, and ignored their legal obligations under EU consumer protection laws. Their practices are deceptive, misleading, and potentially fraudulent. If you're considering mSpy, stay away—you're likely to be overcharged, misled, and ignored if you try to seek help. Absolutely not trustworthy.
