My wife and I use the Family plan to monitor both our kids' phones. The best part is that mSpy works in stealth mode, so they have no idea their phone activity is being monitored. No rooting our Android phones was required either, which was a relief.
Downloaded the app after checking on the website that it would meet our criteria- to check social media and messages on an IPhone.
Immediately after downloading and installing it was clear that this was not the case. Neither social media or Messages can be seen on IPhone. After contacting the chat function we were told my request for refund due to being mis-sold a product which could not do as the website states, we were told the request would be sent to the billing department.
6 weeks later and after many emails we have been continually told we are unable to have a refund as it should be clear what the product offers.
The website states 14 days refund which has been completely untrue.
Customer services have been unhelpful, and the app is misleading. A complete waste of money

Completely scam. I purchased lifetime subscription from stacksocial but never received login details after activation. Chat support never reply, support, sales or billing emails don't reply. All given phonec numbers don't reply. No response whatever they have fake 5 star reviews from fake accounts.
The app is not working like they say. I have buyed the full access extreme plan with all features and in the app have banners to buy features that I've already pay. Definetly NOT RECOMMENDED! They don't refund my money.

All the features you see on the website are not "remote access" as they claim. It requires backup and is not live which means if your child is in danger they can delete the data and you will never know if they are truly safe.
They claim it works for android/iphone which is BS.
Customer service team is horrendous, app couldnt be downloaded on the mobile > app couldnt be used on desktop "synchronization fails" consistently despite following all instructions. Asked me to re-install, tried and failed. Tried on another laptop and another device also failed.
Final solution they gave me is "get you child an android phone instead of an iphone"
WELCOME TO HELL. Biggest scam and now we know why they don't have google reviews. My mistake for being trusting of the fake reviews they have on their website.

I run a small marketing agency, and mSpy helps me monitor employee phone use during work hours. The Screenrecorder function is particularly useful. I can see if someone is spending too much time on social media or using work time for personal calls.
I purchased premium for a year, including mAssistance package (another 46$), however their software didn't worked on a stock Samsung phone. I've made a refund claim within the trial period, but they kept refusing blaming the device. I've had they specialists installing remotely the software 3 times, still not working. I am fighting with billing department for 2 months already, my refund rights are ignored.
I've tested 2 other similar software, worked flawless, so is not the device.
Worse, their technical "assistance" is never available, you have to wait weeks or months to get real help.
Important, part of their scamming: when you purchase, the extra package for mAssistance is selected automatically, and is not easy to cancel. Many users ended up buying something they don't want or cant use.
