Any time I needed a new drive or motor I've been able to get the parts within just a day or so, with the best price possible. Had a module that cost over $5000 to replace. MRO was able to repair the unit for less than $2000. The turn around was fairly quick even over the holidays. Great experience as Joe from customer service kept us up to date.

Customer service representative was very helpful. I even asked a few questions that went above and beyond and he helped me find the answers. Price was 1/2 the price of the machine supplier. Great effort on their part.

We needed a part to get our CNC router up and running after a major breakdown. Called to order at around 4:30 PM. Had the part delivered across the country and into our hands by 11:00 the next day. Machine fixed, problem solved. Very pleased with the service.

MRO was able to source an obsolete Siemens micromaster drive that we needed. Delivery took a little longer than expected but that is no surprise given the state of the shipping companies right now.

Best Fanuc supplier I've dealt with, the prices were significantly below list and the free 2 day shipping made it even better. Zach was able to help with getting us set when the amp was delivered and walk us through changing a few setting to get the machine running. We've set MRO up in our system as a preferred vendor and will be contacting them the next time we need anything.
