I had an emergency issue with a customer and Mroelectric.com was extremely helpful by offering next day service at no charge. In this day and age it is impossible to find a company that does not charge extra for shipping. They also had the part I needed and offered new or refurbished items at competitive pricing. I would highly recommend.

Requested a quote, received it promptly, placed the order and the item was received a few days later as promised. They are patient, as I had a couple of questions, and they took the time to answer them for me. Wish all customer service were like this.

Best experience I've had with a Fanuc dealer so far. I was able to get a quote via text which was very easy, and when I called in to place the order it took less than 5 minutes. I called MRO for price and delivery on an item. They quoted price (lower than what I had paid from a previous vendor) and delivery of 2 days. They actually shipped the same day I placed the order. MRO saved our neck after a power surge knocked out one of our main production lines. They had the power supply in stock and we sent a driver to pick it up the same day so we only had about 5 hours downtime. They have shot to the top of our list of preferred vendors.

Ordered a replacement FANUC LCD kit, normally pricey on other websites and they had it for cheaper. I bought it expecting to have some issues. When I had a question I called and was immediately sent to a person- no phone system, no international call center. The order was placed on the phone in a matter of minutes, and arrived in two days (with their free two-day shipping.) I will be shopping here again.
