The manufacturer didn't have stock so we found MRO online and contacted them for the module we needed. Luckily MRO had stock and their price beat the manufacturer list price by a significant margin. We were even able to get it shipped out the same day! Thank you for all your help.

Joe was especially helpful by suggesting the best ways to take care of the problem; offering to pick up the broken motor and replace it to expedite my being able to use my machine quickly. Much more reasonable than Fanuc's price for repair.

Extremely impressed! I bought a new Siemens board and I asked how fast could it be shipped. I ordered it that afternoon and they overnighted it. It arrived at my shop the next morning in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent they checked on me and my order throughout the entire process. I will definitely be using them again for further purchases.

I had a screen go bad on my boring mill and I ordered a new one from MRO. It came quickly and it was a direct replacement plug and play so it only took me about 15 minutes to change it out. I was please with the service and shipping time.

Joe Kaminski was great helping with the PLC but also as a go between with us and the programming company as well. Joe was very good on the customer service side of the business as well which many companies don't have anymore. Highly recommend MRO Electric to do business with.

Bought a Fanuc servo from MRO, they shipped it out within half an hour of placing the order and were able to overnight it to out plant to get the line back up and running. I had a question about installation which they were able to guide me through as well. Will definitely contact them when I need something again.
