Simple, fast, accurate service. I call this team with a problem and get to communicate with people who are eager to get me back up and running. Even when it takes several round of calls/emails to troubleshoot and get the correct component. Then even if shipping is a few minutes away, they find a way to get my part in a box and out the door.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and prompt responses from this vendor. Shipping was fast and the item arrived as described. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

I found MRO online and had not ordered from them before, but they got back to me with a quote that was lower than the other prices we received. Joe sent pictures of the simatic panel to confirm they were sending the same one as what we had installed and everything matched up. Our line is now running with the replacement panel and we sent the old one back to MRO to be repaired.

This was a part that we needed due to the equipment being down. Joe Kaminski was great to work with and got the part to me first thing the next morning. The price was also better than our regular vendor who did not have the part in stock. Overall a great experience.

The only thing that would have been missing was to receive your acknowledgment of receipt of our order, since we only received your Invoice at the time of shipment that was within 2 or 3 days.
But everything was very easy, and we are satisfied.

This is a great company, we were down on production and luckily found this company, we called them and spoke and they had all the answers we needed and even went the extra mile to get it to us by driving it to us themselves so we had the part in no time. Great customer service, had to reroute my item that we needed immediately on job site and I had put wrong address in and item was already shipped and on it's way, Joe took care of it with no delays in delivery.

They had the exact PLC processors that I needed and for significantly less than the price charged by the local distributor. The delivery was exactly what was quoted and there were no problems what so ever.

We had a very positive experience ordering through MRO. Our maintenance supervisor found their website online when we were looking for a backup part to our lathe and we were able to get a formal quote for the part we needed. I called to place the order and had the comms module shipped directly to the machine builder to have it programmed. MRO was very accommodating and made the ordering process simple.

The service provided by MRO was excellent, they helped us find and acquire the parts needed to keep our production equipment ready and running. Some of the parts were locally available, but their pricing was great and they were able to ship next day.

1stgreater than Web site very easy to navigate! Web inquiry for quote was returned to my E-mail amazingly fast, was able to contact the sales person and ordered the parts needed, tracking included with my shipment confirmation, no issues definitely on my list to buy from again.

I sent a request after business hours and received a quote early that next morning. We purchased our part and received it in a few days! The cost and service was outstanding and easy! I will definitely be calling you guys with any electronics issues we have in the future!

I was in a tight spot after a storm had damaged several of our VFDs. MROelectric was very knowledgeable and quick to help me out with this issue. The part was sent quickly and eliminated any extra down time.

Working with MRO Electric was a positive experience. From quoting the repair to delivering the repaired motor back to us took roughly a week and a half. All work was completed as quoted and the damaged motor has been working flawlessly since it was returned back to us. I would definitely recommend MRO Electric for your motor repair needs.

Initial conversations it was clearly stated that the work and repair would be warranted. After sending the controller in for repair it was found that MRO had no way of testing the unit to see if it was fully functional. In short no guarantee was given and the controller was returned working as it was sent out. We paid basically for nothing. Presently looking for another repair facility.

MRO had stock of the alpha drive we had fail in our machine and offered an exchange credit for our old unit too. They shipped on our UPS account and we sent the core back as soon as we installed the replacement. Thank you for making the process as easy as possible
