Our Automation went Line Down, the hardware was obsolete from OEM. Joe and MRO Electric had the parts we needed on shelf, repaired and ready to ship; This was late Friday Joe was able to ship overnight for Saturday a.m. Delivery, parts arrived we installed and we were up and running. It has been 30 days without an issue, They are first on my list now.

Called in to get a repair quote and spoke with Charlie, he was very knowledgeable about the drive we were looking to have repaired and quoted a fair price. We shipped the Fanuc drive in and MRO had it done sooner than their 3-5 day quoted turnaround time. We have several other drives we will now be sending in for repair to have spares on the shelf.

I was in need of some obsolete components. I thought I was going to scramble for days trying to source them. MRO responded to my online RFQ quick, with great prices, and parts in stock. MRO followed up and responded to my inquiries without hesitation, and shipped the same day. MRO made me a hero on this project.

A part was recently sent in for repair. A quote was received within a day of the request and the part was repaired & returned within the time on the quote. The person I dealt with, Joe Kaminski, was very courteous and professional when corresponding via both email and on the phone.

Thanks for all the help, MRO was able to troubleshoot my problem and had the replacement Fanuc amp in stock. They shipped out right away and I sent my old drive back in to be repaired to have on the shelf as a spare. Will contact them again.

I am very impressed with the way this order was treated, it was my 1st time, and I really needed this part in Canada the next day. The whole process took 15 minutes at the most, and to my surprise received next day before noon! Definetely a 2 thumbs up on this one.
